📢 Many students are asking about the difference between Optional and Free Choice (Elective) modules, so here’s a quick explanation 👇
📚 Optional Modules
These are modules related to your own course and are designed to deepen your knowledge within your field of study.
🌍 Free Choice (Elective) Modules
These modules are open to students from all programmes. They are selected by the University from different faculties and give you the opportunity to explore a subject outside your main area of study.
💡 In short:
• Optional modules = related to your own degree programme.
• Free Choice (Elective) modules = available to students from all programmes.
I hope this makes choosing your modules a little easier!
Best regards,
SU Education & Welfare Executive
| 2 | Dear Students,
✅ Module Registration is now available in SRS!
You can now log in and complete your module registration.
📚 Please choose your modules wisely, as your selections will affect your timetable and your studies for the upcoming academic year. Make sure to review your choices carefully before submitting them and to register for a sufficient number of credit to complete the course.
If you experience any issues, feel free to approach.
Keep in mind that the deadline for the enrollment and module registration is August 10, 2026.
Good luck with your registration!🍀
Sincerely,
SU Education & Welfare Executive | 1 180 |
| 3 | Dear Students, if you see the following message in SRS Module Registration:
“The deadline for the 2026/2027 year has passed.”
Please do not worry.
The Academic Registrar’s Office is currently updating the module list, so Module Registration has been temporarily closed while these changes are being made.
This is expected to be resolved today, and Module Registration will reopen once the update is complete 😊
Best regards,
SU Education & Welfare | 1 962 |
| 4 | Dear Students, the issue regarding missing modules in SRS was checked.
Please note that the module list is managed by the Academic Registrar’s Office. If you cannot find a module that you need to take, please send an email to UndergraduateOffice@wiut.uz and include:
📌 Your full name
📌 Student ID number
📌 Programme of study
📌 Module code and module name you wish to retake
📌 A brief explanation (e.g. the module is required for a retake or is missing from SRS)
Please also clearly state that the module is not visible in SRS and request that it be added.
⏳ The Registrar’s Office will review your request and, if necessary, add the module. Please allow 2–3 working days for a response.
⚠️ Please note that while the Registrar’s Office is updating the module list, Module Registration in SRS may be temporarily unavailable for a few minutes. If this happens, there is no need to worry – the system will become available again once the update is complete. | 1 765 |
| 5 | Dear CIFS Students,
Please do not complete Module Registration in SRS.
We have received many questions from students who were sent an email about Module Registration. Please note that this email is intended for upper-level students only and does not apply to CIFS students.
As a CIFS student, you only need to:
✅ Complete all Induction lessons on the Intranet.
✅ Complete your Enrollment in SRS before August 17, 2026.
✅ Get access to university email (Outlook) before August 17, 2026.
There is no Module Registration for CIFS students at this stage.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
Sincerely,
Kamilla Asadova | 1 665 |
| 6 | 📢 Module Registration for the 2026/2027 Academic Year is Now Open
Dear Students, Module Registration is now available through the WIUT Student Record System (SRS). All continuing students are required to register for their modules for the 2026/2027 academic year.
🗓 Module Registration Period
24 July – 10 August 2026
📄 Please refer to the attached Module Registration guide before starting the process.
⚠️ Important: Module Registration becomes available only after you have successfully completed the Enrolment procedure.
✅ To complete your enrolment, you must:
• Complete both Enrolment and Module Registration within the specified deadlines.
• Wait for your Course Leader to approve your module selection.
• Complete the required tuition fee payment by 16 September 2026.
Please note that your enrolment is considered valid only after the minimum required tuition fee payment (¼ of the instalment) has been received. Failure to complete the payment by the deadline may result in the cancellation of your enrolment.
⚠️ Important Reminders
• Failure to complete Enrolment may result in the termination of your studies.
• Register for both core and optional modules before the deadline. If you do not, the University may allocate modules on your behalf without the right to appeal.
• Progress Trailing students must register for 140 credits, including any failed core module or a replacement optional module where applicable.
• If you have been awarded Condoned Credit (applicable to CIFS and Level 4 students), the module is considered passed and should be treated accordingly during registration.
• Make sure you register for enough credits to complete your level. If you are unsure which modules to choose, consult your Course Leader or Academic Adviser before submitting your registration.
• Once your Module Registration has been approved by your Course Leader, module changes will no longer be possible. Please ensure your choices are final before submitting them.
If you have any questions regarding the registration process, feel free to contact us.

Dear students, we have noticed that many students complete only the first part of the enrolment process and mistakenly assume they have successfully enrolled for the new academic year.
Please note:
✅ Updating your personal information DOES NOT mean your enrolment is complete.
The enrolment process contains TWO separate stages, and you must click “Create New” twice.
Step-by-step:
1️⃣ Go to SRS -> Enrolment
2️⃣ Click Create New
3️⃣ Update your profile information and save it
4️⃣ Tick the declaration box and click Enrol
5️⃣ Return to the enrolment page
6️⃣ Click Create New AGAIN
7️⃣ Complete the academic enrolment section
8️⃣ Tick both required declarations
9️⃣ Click Enrol
🔟 Check your final enrolment status
❗️Your enrolment is completed ONLY if you can see the message:
“You are enrolled for the 2026/2027 AY”
If you do not see this confirmation message, your enrolment may not have been completed successfully.
Please double-check your status to avoid any issues with your registration for the new academic year. If you experience any difficulties, please contact the relevant university department for assistance.

The Referral/Deferral assessment period is approaching, so please make sure to check your examination details in advance ✅
🗓 Assessment Dates:
• Midterm Assessments: 8 June – 12 June
• Final Assessments: 15 June – 19 June
Your individual exam schedule and venue allocation can be found:

⚠️ Important:
Students must strictly follow examination regulations during all assessments.
The use of unauthorised materials, notes, phones, smart devices, or any form of cheating is strictly prohibited. Any violation of exam rules may result in an Academic Misconduct case and a mark of zero for the assessment.

| 19 | Dear Students,
Please be informed that the outcomes of the Progression and Award Boards for the 2025/2026 academic year have been published on the WIUT Student Record System (SRS). ✅
⚡ Kindly check your SRS profile as soon as possible and contact us if you have any queries regarding:
• Assessment grades
• Module status
• Progression outcome
⚠️ IMPORTANT FOR ALL CIFS AND LEVEL 4 STUDENTS
If you have been awarded Condoned Credit for a module, this means you have PASSED the module, and you are NOT allowed to attempt any assessment components of that module during the Referral/Deferral Assessment period.
Your attempt for a condoned module will NOT be considered if you:
• Submit coursework
• Deliver a presentation
• Resit an in-class test/exam
• Complete any other form of assessment
📌 If your module outcome is shown as PASS in your SRS profile, this means you are EXEMPT FROM ANY FURTHER ASSESSMENT (e.g. exam, coursework, etc.), even if one of the assessment components is marked as R (Referral).
📝 Please attempt the relevant assessment if you received a REFERRAL result for the module and your overall mark is:
• Below 40 for UG students (Level 3, 4, 5, and 6)
• Below 50 for PG students (Level 7)
