I want to study as a scholarship student at WIUT, what do I need to do?❓ There are 3 main steps to follow: 1️⃣ While registering, in the “Education Information section”, you need to tick the option asking if you want to be considered for the WIUT Scholarship programme. 2️⃣ Sit for any available math exam offered by WIUT and upload your IELTS certificate by July 15th. 3️⃣ Wait for the results from the Admissions team. Note that around 100 top applicants with the highest scores in math and IELTS will be called for the second stage of the Scholarship paper-based math exam. After the second stage, only 30 of those with the top results will be considered for the WIUT Scholarship Programme. MA in Human Resource Management and Talent Development This programme offers a comprehensive understanding of practices and policies that enhance business growth and development. Developed in collaboration with the Erasmus+ Talent project and four European universities, the course features both core and optional modules, with its structure reviewed by the University of Westminster (UK) every five years. To ensure effective and enjoyable learning, the course includes: ▪️Case studies ▪️Presentations from external speakers ▪️Team/group work ▪️Research methods ▪️Work-based learning The programme aims to prepare future HR managers, HR business partners, consultants, trainers, and managers. Westminster International University in Tashkent hosted an unforgettable inter-university friendship Zakovat tournament. Representatives from six universities battled it out across four stages, exploring common topics that resonated with everyone. In the current game, the outcome was as follows: - Interstellar (New Uzbekistan University) team secured the third place; - Team Spirit (Tashkent State University of Economics) team took the second place; - the first place went to the Satisfaction (Tashkent State University of Law) team. Moreover, this tournament marked the culmination of the season, determining the overall winners of the 2023–2024 academic year. The three proud teams of the WIUT Zakovat Championship, namely Eastminster, Intellect, and Invictus, showcased exceptional performances throughout the season, claiming the top positions. Eastminster and Intellect tied for first place, with Invictus securing second place and Phoenix landing in third place.   The WIUT Zakovat Club extends its heartfelt gratitude to all participants, supporters, and sponsors for contributing to the success of this event and looks forward to future endeavours in fostering unity and excellence among students. What to Do After Receiving an Unconditional Offer from WIUT ❓ There are 3 main steps to follow: 1️⃣ Pay 50% of the tuition fee within 10 banking days from the stated date in the unconditional offer to avoid the offer becoming invalid. 2️⃣ Submit the completion document from your school/lyceum to WIUT’s Inquiry Centre along with the following documents: - Copy of Passport or ID card (both sides) - 2 colored photos (3x4 dimension) - Confirmation letter from school/lyceum that was uploaded earlier into the admission profile All documents should be packed into a plastic folder. 3️⃣ Enrol online by August 20th, following the instructions given in the admission profile. WIUT Hosts the National Round of Economics Olympiad 📚 WIUT was proud to host the National Round of the VIII International Economics Olympiad for youth aged 14-18 on May 22, 2024. This prestigious event, part of the Economic Fundamentals Initiative (EFI), aimed to promote economic literacy among young people. In February 2024, the EFI Uzbekistan team conducted the first round of the Olympiad across all 14 regions of Uzbekistan, engaging 583 students in an online test. The top 81 students advanced to this National Round at WIUT, competing to represent Uzbekistan in the International Round in Greece in September. The implementation of the Economics Olympiad in Uzbekistan aligns with several key national priorities. It contributes to building a New Uzbekistan, promoting economic and financial literacy, enhancing the quality of education, and supporting talented youth. Westminster International University in Tashkent regularly conducts the Math Entrance Exams for those interested in the CIFS and undergraduate programmes 🧮 Don't miss the Maths Entrance Exams, available twice a week until July 5. These 70-minute, computer-based exams are held on campus, accommodating up to 200 applicants per session. Register through admission.wiut.uz and select your preferred time and date. Additionally, WIUT will grant 30 tuition scholarships (WIUT Fee-waiver) to top-performing applicants for the CIFS course in the Academic Year 2024-2025.
