Too Good To Not Believe

When the battles are too overwhelming for us to stand against, we kneel. When the misanthropes, skeptics, gadflies and belitters wear you down… When the haranguers, bugbears, oppressors and immoralists frighten… Remember that God did not call us to face these transgressors ourselves. He tells us to cry out to Him for justice, for guidance, for help. Ask Him to remove all doubt, anxiety, fear and to replace those albatrosses with an unwavering trust in Him. The below song was one I replayed many times during our winter crisis. But, God brought it to my mind that it applies to so much more than a broken body. Ask Him to move hearts and minds, ask for salvation for the lost. Kneel, pray, praise, stand and be in awe of our Mighty Lord.

I’d like to point out something that may help those feeling like they are succumbing to a Black Pill Funk™: Yuval Noah Harari. This demon-possessed vessel really wasn’t on the radar until a few months ago. Or at least he was not mainstream. Now this satanic appendage is out there and loving every minute of it. This soulless aberration is so arrogant, it spews its diabolical plans for humanity without even blushing. Its also quite ignorant. Its macabre glee prevents it from seeing how exposed, how vulnerable it made its underworld subcontractors. These fiends of the demimonde are revealing themselves, believing the false perception that Darkness was pitched for their cover. Their misunderstanding is to our benefit. The Light of Jesus is breaking wide the baleful malcontents and exposing the over-reaching tentacles of our enemy. It isn’t, “God wins.” It’s, “God already won.” Take comfort in this.

Good news June 24th, 2022 highlights • SCOTUS finally issued its ruling in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization Friday, upholding Mississippi’s 15-week abortion ban, overturning Roe v Wade, declaring Roe “egregiously wrong from the start” • More than twenty states currently have laws on the books that would effectively ban abortion within their borders upon Roe’s fall. In those states, abortion is now illegal • LA Gov John Bel Edwards (D) also signed a bill banning mail-order abortions to ensure that dangerous abortion pills that harm women and kill unborn babies are not sold in Louisiana • Justice Clarence Thomas also wrote that he wants the court to reconsider Lawrence v Texas, which struck down laws against sodomy, Griswold v Connecticut, which struck down laws against married couples using contraception, and Obergefell v Hodges, which declared a right to same-sex marriage. “Substantive due process conflicts with that textual command and has harmed our country in many ways,” Thomas concluded. “Accordingly, we should eliminate it from our jurisprudence at the earliest opportunity” • SCOTUS said that Americans have a right to carry guns in public. And I think He blesses beyond expectation for those who cheerily, considerately, compassionately stand in the gap and pray for others. Like y'all did for us. Thank you for your prayers. Thank you for trusting God for our miracle. This wasn't just about helping Kris and Felix. This was just as much about your relationship with God, and how YOU leaned into Him, how YOU were faithful, how YOU trusted Him, and how He answered your request because He loves you! He is still performing miracles. Trust Him.

God is moving on our behalf. Often behind the scenes, always for our benefit, and to show all of us His glory! Most of y'all have been with us since the beginning of our health crisis last winter. We know we witnessed a miracle! So if anyone has even a niggling of doubt that God still performs miracles in this day and age... If anyone is concerned if He hears... If anyone wonders if your faithfulness means something... Yes, a resounding yes! He knows and He cares.

I married a wonderful, beautiful human being. A man who is confident, intelligent, kind, loving and patient ❤️ He married an unpredictable goofball 🤪 We make it work. He's a bit of a quiet guy and typically just smiles when he's amused. Even after being together for almost 24 years, I don't always know what will make him lol.
