This practical training is designed to equip dental professionals with essential research skills, enabling them to transform everyday clinical challenges into structured, meaningful research ideas. The workshop is suitable for both beginners and those looking to strengthen their research capacity.
Led by Dr. Birke Bogale (DMD, PhD), Assistant Professor of Dental Public Health at St. Paul’s Hospital Millennium Medical College, the sessions will be interactive, practical, and outcome-oriented.
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
👉Formulate clear and focused research questions
👉Select appropriate research methods and study designs
👉Understand key ethical considerations in research
👉Develop a draft research concept note for further refinement
