There were plenty of nasty 4th of July celebrations in the matrix—too many to flood this feed with. The turbulence will continue, no doubt. But there were also much more beautiful events unfolding. The largest fireworks show in the history of the world just kicked off in Washington DC with 850,000 munitions—compared to last year's 20,000. Lots of great comms flowing too. Being in DC a couple months ago, I can tell you the energy there felt really good.
The bifurcation timeline is very active these days, and the separation is becoming more pronounced. Some will experience higher, heavenly timelines. Others will experience physical hell. The spiritual path is incredibly dynamic right now. Remain disciplined, because the spiritual warfare will only intensify. The turbulence will increase, and the purge and exodus will continue to unfold. The Aetheric energies are still buzzing hard, but they are reseeding now—so it's a great day to integrate.

We're moving through potent energetic shifts, as reflected on the Schumann Resonance. We're also experiencing KP 5–7 geomagnetic storms today, creating a highly turbulent energy for many—especially those who have no understanding of what's happening beneath the surface.
As for me, I've been BBQ-maxxing in SoCal. The funny part is we're known for 100°+ weather this time of year, yet while much of the country is experiencing record-breaking heatwaves, we're chillin at 86°F highest. Perfect weather for pools and BBQs. I'm definitely grateful for that.
But I can feel the turbulence all around me. Outside the eye of the storm, it's hitting people heavy. Sometimes the hardest part is simply observing—watching people experience harsh timelines created by the choices they've made. You can't always intervene. Sometimes all you can do is witness.
I recently watched the latest Mission Impossible movie with the family. Like most Hollywood films, I see the predictive programming woven throughout. But one line did stand out. The tagline was "our lives are the sum of our choices." That resonated.
That's exactly what we're witnessing now. Humanity is experiencing the cumulative effect of the choices we've all made—physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and collectively.

How is everyone feelin' out there? It's a great time to integrate all the wild energies we've been receiving. Take this weekend to just be. Be with family, friends, and loved ones. Be in laughter, joy, abundance, peace, and love. Be good to yourself.
That said, it's best to avoid beers or any alcohol. This is one of the heaviest and most destructive elements for Ascension. It's called "spirits" for a reason—spirits breache the auric field and allows entities to attach to those who consume it. This is exactly why it's promoted everywhere in the matrix.
Any drugs—including big pharma—are just as bad. And it's best to avoid matrix meats and processed foods in general. While BBQs dominate the food plates, try to include some probiotic foods like sauerkraut, kimchi, or kombucha. Take spirulina, chlorella, and activated charcoal afterward to help cleanse and protect your system.
There are still big energies in the collective, and the intensity is being met with a massive heatwave across the country right now. Make sure y'all drink lots of clean water.
