On connection pain, old scripts and finding our way back to ourselves and each other
An intimate relationship can be one of the safest places in our lives.
And at the same time, one of the places where we can be hurt most deeply.
Not feeling seen. Not feeling heard. Feeling your partner withdraw at precisely the moment you reach for connection. Being criticised when you feel you are already trying so hard. Having the same conversation again and again, ending in the same frustration and eventually the same distance.
It is easy to believe that the problem lies in what the other person is doing.
But often, something more complex is happening.
What happens between two people today can touch something much older than the relationship itself.
What really happens when connection hurts?
Several years ago, I wrote about the way intimate relationships can bring old pain to the surface.
I described how an event in the present can activate a much older emotional experience. A partner not responding, for example, may evoke much more than irritation about that particular moment. It can touch a deeper feeling of not being seen, not being important or never being quite enough.
I still believe that insight matters.
But over the years, I have come to see another crucial step in this process.
We do not simply react from our pain.
We react from the meaning we have learned to attach to that pain.
This is where what I call Script Activation within Relationship Alchemy begins.
Imagine your partner withdrawing during a conflict.
The event is:
You are no longer connecting with me.
Underneath it, connection pain may emerge:
I cannot reach you.
But almost immediately, an older conclusion can become active:
See? In the end, I am on my own.
Or:
My feelings don’t matter.
Or:
I am clearly not important enough.
That meaning begins to shape our behaviour.
Not because we consciously decide to make connection more difficult, but because we are trying to protect it.

A guided practice to step back and look at the landscape of your life as a whole.
You will map the defining moments of your life. The highs and lows. The people who shaped you. The choices that changed your direction. The places where you found yourself — and the places where you lost yourself.
You will begin to see the patterns that are difficult to recognise while you are living inside them.
What strengthened you.
What shaped you.
What you may still be carrying.
What deserves to be reclaimed.
And then we turn towards the future.
Not by pretending the past never happened.
Not by writing another wishlist for the person you hope to become.
But by consciously deciding what comes with you — and what does not.

Everyone is looking for the gate to a better life......
But a gate does not open because the stars align. A gate opens when you are willing to look honestly at yourself.

A proces that seems to be completly neglected by the trendy “manifestation”guru,s and influencers.
And I just have to say something.
It is not only wrong, but also contributing to more frustration, self-doubt and fear of failure that a lot of young people are dealing with these days. Social media has become the addictive swipping catalogue of all the things you must want to have. And all the things you still don,t.
That void creates a longing to fill it with the first quick fix on your next swipe…..a guru that tells you, now is the time; 8:8 is here and you just need to make your wishlist and visualise it hard enough. And presto;……. your life will forever change.
If only the quest of life was that simple……
The truth is; these astrological, numerological en universal cycles, just like your full moon and equinox, do have the power to elevate you energetically.
But not with will power and external projection of desires.
They require your active conciousness and intervention.
These phenomenons are ancient rituals that have assisted humanity for centuries in the evolution of our excistence here on earth.
And the evolution I am talking about is the evolution of our species to live in harmony on this planet in elevated states of conciousness that allow for peace, health, wealth and beauty for all.
Not the evolution of your wardrobe, Instagram profile or bank account.
It is about; are you a loving human being that shines your light from within onto others?
Are you living in peace? Are you healthy? Creating beauty and wealth in harmony?
Ancient religion in it,s true origin and the shamans, taught people the proces and how living in alignment with the cycles of the Sun, the Moon and the Stars assisted them in their cycles of life, evolving as human beings by executing their soul,s unique blueprint in accepting both their destiny and their purpose under the light of Spirit.
This proces is called Alchemy; transmuting your darkness to become and experience more light.
Now; I do not want to get to spiritual and to high flying.
This proces is actually very down to earth.
I teach and practice it with individuals, professionals, teams and directors of every walk of life. It is nothing fluffy. And nothing anyone can not understand nor do.
But it does take:
Reflection → Atonement → Attunement
A responsibility to look at your self and your life in all honesty.
And this is not for everyone.
My business is not very commercial. I do not sell quick fixes and easy shiny stuf.
What I do promise you, is that when you do have the courage to do so; you will elevate your self. And over a longer course of implementing this proces, the trajectory of your life and shine from within; with authenticity and refinement.
That is something that money can,t buy.
It is the result of the most important work you will ever do.
The work to get to know yourself and understand your destiny and your purpose blueprint, more and more as you journey through life.
The beauty is in this process.
And once you understand it, you see yourself, your life and the world around you more clearly with every move you make. | 1 041 |
