Telegram t.me Short Links Suffer Global Outage
Telegram’s popular t.me short links stopped working worldwide on July 13 after the domain registry in Montenegro removed them from the global DNS system.
The main Telegram app continued to work normally, but users could not open shared links in regular browsers. The issue affected channels, groups, bots, and profiles.
The domain was restored on July 14. Full recovery may take up to 24 hours as internet providers update their caches.
Users can use telegram.me links or open shared content inside the app as a workaround for now.

Chang Liu kept an Apple work laptop, exploited an authentication bug to access Apple's internal network and downloaded dozens of confidential hardware files.
Tang Yew Tan used Apple internal codenames when recruiting and instructed candidates to bring physical Apple parts to interviews as a way to elicit proprietary information.
OpenAI representatives approached Apple suppliers and persuaded at least 1 partner to demonstrate a proprietary metal-finishing technique without Apple's authorization.
Apple is asking for injunctions, the return or destruction of materials, and monetary damages.
