You go eat out with the family and appreciate the days you threatened Codex to save your job

Drop your number here if you want to become the first passenger princess for when I get my driving license in a few weeks

I’m actively deleting my chat with ChatGPT in order to avoid getting ads based on my pain if I end up using the free tier (that’s when I go broke)

Why you're failing as a programmer Video dropping today

Ladies and gentlemen, Tech Nerd will be one of the channel’s admin sharing fresh perspectives and glazing the Mac Check out his channel as well. He’s pretty big in the community and I admire his focus and commitment. You can reveal yourself, brother

I hate Apple, their fagottini CEO, and every product they've ever sold! I even think iPhone-using devs are lesser people/devs, BUT Show some love to this iOS dev * the only iOS dev I know of @XCYohannes

I feel like new people are joining and I will be opening the comment section after we hit 300 subs. For new people, I need to introduce myself. Hi, I am Yohannes Haile. I build apps for the iPhone. Been building iOS apps for the last 4+ years, and recently started contributing to a back-end project as well to win the bread. Current obsessions are finance (love used to be my obsession back in the days and I tried building MyLomi, a discontinued venture after I started going out on dates), and vibe coding (primarily with Codex). Helpful links: https://yohannescodes.com https://yohanneswrites.com Join @ledgerlyopen for news related to ledgerly Tip me if you like my humor: https://jami.bio/yohanneshaile This is a comeback channel so I’d appreciate it if you share the news of me returning from the dead (figuratively). Thank you for being here 🫰🏾

Join @ledgerlyopen where I share updates and news on the development of ledgerly Your support would mean a lot

What you can do to help ledgerly is star the repo with a “trust me, bro” token from me

What distinguishes ledgerly from other finance apps in the community is that you can work with multiple currencies and handle your off-shore accounts and transactions. Not only that, your net worth gets calculated accurately by accounting for your tangible assets, investments, receivables, and liabilities too unlike other apps that tell you you are worth this much by just summing up what you have in local bank accounts. Your investments’ real-time value and unrealized gains or loses are also actively logged on your dashboard to let you know how healthy you are financially speaking. The bottleneck here is that I cannot have a developer account from Ethiopia to ship the app to the App Store. That is why I made ledgerly open-source and those who can build apps on Xcode can setup necessary (optional) keys for stock and crypto real-time price APIs and use it to handle their expenses with a net-worth-centered iOS/iPadOS/macOS app.
