*The Investigation of Sleeping Habits and Its Relationship with Academic Performance Among UITM Kedah Students*
This study aims to evaluate students' general sleeping routines, determine if sleep duration differs between genders, and examine how sleep habits ultimately affect academic achievement (CGPA).
