| 12 |  من الأشياء المهمة الي ضروري جدًا نركز عليها ونفهمها ، انهُ مرضى الـ Hemolytic anemia ممكن يصير عندهم jaundice لأسباب مختلفة ومو دائمًا نفس السبب!
اولًا :- ممكن يصير عندهم بسبب ال hemolysis نفسه لان كلنا نعرف من ال RBCs تتكسر حتطلع bilirubin وبالتالي يصير عندهم hemolysis (طبعًا نخلي ببالنا ممكن الliver يسوي compensation ميطلع عندهم jaundice ) .
ثانيًا :- ممكن يصير عندهم jaundice نتيجةً للـ gallstones فيصير عندهم obstructive jaundice وجدًا common نشوف مرضى يسوون cholecystectomy بسبب هالشي .
ثالثًا :- احنا كلنا نعرف هيچ مرضى ممكن ننقل الهم blood فممكن يصير عندهم
Hepatitis due to repeated blood transfusions which lead to hepatocellular jaundice .
