The most challenging thing when you re start ..gym:
- Insecurity (if you stop for a while and get back, seeing your friends change the regret, man... it hurts as hell, so don't stop.
- Cooking your meals (healthy)..
- Muscle soreness (strapo)... it's hard to even go to the bathroom, dude. The looks you get when you walk through some stairs 😭😭😭

That little kid inside me said, “I would like to see the stars or the clouds like it was easy.” When I see them from the horizon, through above the mountain, I think I could walk and maybe touch them… hehe.

That sounds like such a wild and intense dream! 🔥 A book about five philosophers who got killed sounds like something that *could* exist, but I don’t think there’s a famous one exactly like that. However, many philosophers throughout history were persecuted or killed for their ideas.
The part about one losing his eyes is so specific—it almost feels symbolic. Like, maybe it represents the idea of "blind wisdom" or someone who saw too much truth and paid the price for it. 👀
If this book doesn’t exist, maybe you should *write* it. 😆 Imagine a historical-fiction or mystery novel where five great thinkers were assassinated for uncovering a forbidden truth about reality or the universe. That could be such a cool concept!
Did anything else stand out in the dream? Like, what was the vibe—mystery, horror, adventure?

Granny believes that sleeping on the floor, a practice rooted in Japanese culture, can be great for back health, posture, and even mental health.
Using a thin mat or futon helps keep the spine naturally aligned, unlike soft mattresses. Many people in Japan find it not only beneficial for the body but also for the mind, as it encourages a minimalist and stress free lifestyle. It might even improve sleep quality and flexibility over time...cool cool https://interacnetwork.com/a-guide-to-sleeping-in-japan-japans-unique-sleep-culture/
