Folks, Iโ€™m looking for a co-founder to build an AI roll-up in Real Estate or HORECA AI roll-up means taking a typical [slow-growing] business, plugging in AI to run most of the work that people do today, and turning it into something far more profitable and scalable. Then you buy up similar businesses and merge them into one platform. Scale I'm a tech entrepreneur and I already have the AI โ€‹โ€‹part [more or less] ready. A platform where AI agents handle the day-to-day operations instead of staff. Itโ€™s running for 50+ companies in our pilot market Cyprus/Greece. My team at Placy.ai can make a fork/branch of its AI platform. I can also fund the early stage What I need is a partner: someone who already owns a company with a stable customer base in a country of 20M+ people. And who's bold enough to let AI agents actually run the biz It might be Property Management (think Dwelly or Buena), a CRM or hotel-management something. What won't work: a standard buy/sell/rent real estate agency. No recurring client base means nothing to acquire when we scale. Why a customer base matters? The whole model depends on consolidation. You need existing, recurring clients to grow on top of. Number of investors (like General Catalyst or Zubr Capital) love and support this playbook If this resonates, drop me a message. Please include a few basics about your business: number of clients, retention, ARR The tech's ready. The capital's ready. You bring the clients, I bring the robots โ€” we split the upside. Kind of :) Share to your network plz #AIrollup #AIplatform #VC #Placy #Dwelly #Buena #Cofounder

โ€” So you cancelled a โ‚ฌ9/month Calendly subscription. You built your own booking toolโ€ฆ and burned โ‚ฌ5k on Claude tokens doing it? โ€” Correct, Sergey โ€” And how's the tool working out? โ€” It sends invites in the wrong timezone, double-books, and emails my wife instead of my colleagues โ€” ๐Ÿคฏ๐Ÿคทโ‰๏ธ โ€” Well, Sergeyโ€ฆ but itโ€™s MY booking tool! *** Vibecoders, not every subscription needs to be disrupted by your weekend Claude shift. โ‚ฌ9/month is sometimes just โ‚ฌ9/month #vibecoding #AIhype #startups #MVP

AI is cheaper than craft? Not in gaming! ๐ŸŽฎ Players hate AI. AAA studios get cancelled. Community revolts๐Ÿ‘พ So yes, studios use AI. But you can't say it out loud. Not publicly. Not even close. The elephant in the room: an industry worth $200B+ is quietly building on tech it's ashamed to admit using My guest is a co-founder of Playsense, a top-10 creative agency globally in the space, making trailers for Riot, Wargaming, Ubisoft, Tencent. One of the most awarded European creative powerhouses Alex Brodsky says a marketing agency is the easiest biz to start. Your first clients ARE your investors. But how do you survive in a market that is still down from the pandemic? The episode is full of insights for all ad/marketing/creative teams and their clients. Iโ€™ve founded 2 agencies, after all :) So, go ahead and watch it on my Naturally Artificial YouTube Easiest Biz To Start. The head of Claude Code doesn't prompt Claude anymore What?!! Boris Cherny:
I don't prompt Claude anymore. I have loops running that prompt Claude and figuring out what to do. My job is to write loops
I smell the transition for the rest of the year. The skill is designing systems where AI talks to itself. While we are still refining our system prompts... the metagame already moved. Loops! Are most devs creating for a world that's already gone? #ClaudeCode #AIagents #Anthropic #DeveloperTools #Agentic #AIstrategy

China's Netflix (iQiyi) just said: AI will make most of their content within 5 years. This looks ordinary to us, AI startuppers. But for the entertainment industry selling IP, it's a big deal. Why? When your revenue drops 7% and profits crash 81%, "AI revolution" is a very convenient thing to believe in. 16 AI films already in production. There will be the only job for actors who have created&licensed their AI avatars. The platform simultaneously slash budgets AND announce a creative revolution: the revolution IS the budget slash :) The motherfuckers just gave it a cooler name Western studios are all on the same track. They're just still figuring out how to say it with a proper face *** A new wave of โ€œbig directorsโ€ is coming straight out of YouTube. Not film school. Not studio pipelines. Literally two kids who started with home videos. Small budgets. Combined opening: $200M. The box office last weekend: โ€ข Obsession โ€” has crossed $104M, made for $750K by 26-year-old YouTuber Curry Barker. Shot in 20 days โ€ข Backrooms โ€” just opened to $118M worldwide. $10M costs. P vs. NP This math problem humiliating mathematicians since 1971. The one with a $1M prize collecting dust for 50 years My good fellow, an AI roll-up founder Dmitry Khanukov, spent a year asking AI to solve it. He built a full LLM orchestra โ€” ChatGPT, Gemini, Codex, Claude โ€” and made them argue with each other No proof yet. But the process is unlike anything I've seen. A new problem: too many AI agents A year ago, companies begged staff to use AI. Some firms pay bonuses for burning the most tokens. Mission accomplished. Now we're drowning. Meet AI agent sprawl! Imagine 5k people corp. Dozens of new agents created daily. They plugged into corp mail. Customer data. Internal docs. Some duplicate each other. Some are security holes. All of them burn tokens/cash Gartner says the Fortune 500 will soon run 150,000 agents that listen, speak, and act (like Placy.ai ๐Ÿ‘‹). 150k. Bigger than most armies! They write emails. Sign SaaS contracts. Ping the CEO at 6amโ€ฆ My bet: the next startup wave will be kill switches. The DevOps of agents. Boring on a pitch deck. Gold in five years. Anyone already building this? ๐Ÿ” Cybersecurity has entered a new [scary] phase AI just turned Firefoxโ€™s bug graveyard into an excavation site. In April alone, Mozilla fixed 423 security vulnerabilities (usually 20โ€“30 per month). Including 20-year-old bugs hiding in the XSLT parser. Yes. Twenty years. Sitting there. At 35, he hit the eject button on the office life, and landed a flight school in Florida that now does $4.5M a year. Amazing story from a founder of 2 unicorns Uri Levin:
There was a very successful CEO in New York who was constantly ignoring the media and never gave an interview, not even one. Until one day a reporter from the New York Times calls him up and did answer. The reporter asked him for 2 minutes and as he was in a pretty good mood after a very successful year, he agreed. The first question that the reporter asked was - how you become such a successful CEO, and the CEO replied "Two words - right decisions". Ok, but how do you know how to make those right decisions the reported asked? He replied "One word - experience!". The reporter then went deeper - how do you gain this experience? and the CEO replied "Two words - wrong decisions." Second time entrepreneur have way higher likelihood of being successful, regardless what happened on the first journey.
I filmed Uri 2 months ago. Watch it on Naturally Artificial YouTube ๐Ÿ‘†
