*Kind Attention DDOs* This is regarding *GDS Substitute Payment with GDS Leave validations* wef *SEPT 2025* 👇 1️⃣ LWA is required and must be approved for the Substitute Arrangement Period. 2️⃣ Substitute Basic Pay will be drawn with GDS Paybill *only if* Arrangement is approved within the LWA period. 3️⃣ No TRCA recovery will be made towards Arrangement period alone. Recovery shall be only against LWA or other Leaves which affect Pay/TRCA. 4️⃣ Substitute Basic Pay will *NOT* be drawn even if approved arrangement exists, IF: (a) No Approved LWA for the period (b) Leave is cancelled and arrangement not cancelled (c) [other similar cases] 5️⃣ Substitute Pay will *NOT* be recovered if arrangement is cancelled or LWA cancelled *after Paybill Generation/Confirmation*. This should be handled manually as Account recovery. 6️⃣ Substitute Pay will be drawn under Approved arrangement during any type of Leave where TRCA is deducted. 7️⃣ Substitute Pay drawn info together with Leave details shall be available in Pay Summary. 📌 This shall be implemented in *Paybill generation wef 15/09*. 👉 Please ensure arrangements are made from the Admin authorities accordingly.
