The Indian regime is being challenged by the Indian people for perverting the elections to yield favourable results to the right-wing fascist Hindutva party.
To exemplify, a day before, the Hindutva party "won" a by-poll in the state of West Bengal with over 100,000 votes in a constituency with 60% Muslim population.

Maricarmen Abascal, the 87-year-old woman whose eviction sparked a wave of protests across the country in support of the right to decent housing, died late on Wednesday afternoon. Maricarmen had been in hospital since 23 September, the date on which she was forcibly removed from her home by the police in compliance with an eviction order. Subsequently, pressure from street protests led to an agreement with Urbagestión, the new owners, allowing her to return to the home she had lived in for over 70 years. At the Sol camp, which was set up in response to her case, those present have set up an altar in tribute to Maricarmen.
The Tenants’ Union lamented on Wednesday that this solution “came too late”. The activists, who have been supporting her since her first court hearing, believe that this situation could have been avoided and have highlighted the “torturous ordeal” this woman has endured: five years of legal proceedings and as many as four eviction attempts.
A national general strike (huelga general) has been called on 11th November. An election is scheduled on 29th November, and unfortunately, the right-wing is projected to win an absolute majority.
The right-wing coalition is firmly against the tenants' demands. The PP (right wing) has refused to hold a minute of silence for Maricarmen and a PP counsellor called the 87 year old "puta sinvergüenza".
