They should own the non functional aspects as well. In this paradigm I think that specialists are liberated from routine implementation to focus on architectural integrity, system performance, security guardrails, and code quality reviews. Weāre technically pushed towards that, in simple terms, we donāt really prompt saying ādonāt build the frontend for this feature, Iām not supposed toā.
