🛡️ لتفادي مثل هذه المشاكل مستقبلاً، ننصح بشدة أن يكون لكل موزع دومين خاص به على الأقل، مخصص فقط لعملائه. هذا يساعد على حماية عملكم وتجنب تأثر عدد كبير من العملاء في حالة إيقاف أو حجب أي دومين مشترك.

Le domaine kkihl.com a été suspendu par le registrar. Malheureusement, ce problème est indépendant de notre volonté, et nous nous excusons sincèrement pour la gêne occasionnée auprès de vous et de vos clients.
🔁 Tous les revendeurs qui utilisent actuellement ce domaine doivent le remplacer par un nouveau domaine actif dès que possible.
🛡️ Afin d’éviter ce type de problème à l’avenir, nous recommandons fortement à chaque revendeur d’utiliser au minimum un domaine privé dédié uniquement à ses propres clients. Cela permet de mieux protéger votre activité et d’éviter qu’un grand nombre de clients soient impactés lorsqu’un domaine partagé est bloqué ou suspendu.
🎁 Pour les revendeurs ayant un grand nombre d’abonnements actifs, nous essaierons de fournir un domaine privé en bonus afin de réduire l’impact.
🚀 Au début du mois prochain, nous publierons de nouvelles mises à jour du panel, incluant l’option d’acheter des domaines directement depuis le panel.

The domain kkihl.com has been suspended by the registrar. Unfortunately, this issue is outside of our control, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and your clients.
🔁 All resellers currently using this domain must replace it with a new active domain as soon as possible.
🛡️ To avoid similar issues in the future, we strongly recommend that every reseller uses at least one private domain dedicated only to their own clients. This helps protect your business and prevents many clients from being affected if one shared domain is blocked or suspended.
🎁 For resellers with a high number of active subscriptions, we will try to provide a private domain as a bonus to reduce the impact.
🚀 At the beginning of next month, we will release new panel updates, including the option to buy domains directly from the panel.

Our data center has informed us of urgent maintenance on its Amsterdam dark fiber link, scheduled for Friday, April 24, 2026, from 00:00 to 06:00 CEST (Thursday, April 23, 18:00 to Friday, 00:00 ET).
During this period, you may experience reduced capacity and intermittent packet loss. Full service restoration is expected earlier, between 04:00 and 05:00 CEST (22:00–23:00 ET on April 23).
In parallel, we are completing a fully redundant infrastructure upgrade to improve overall stability and reliability, with completion expected by May.
