We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the recent IPTV Smarters TV app issue.
We would like to clarify that the issue was not caused by our servers or our service. The problem was related to the Smart TV application itself and affected many users over the weekend.
The app is now working again for most users. However, we are still receiving reports of issues on some TV models and devices.
📺 Samsung TV: Available on compatible 2022 and newer models running Tizen 6.5 or later.
Please make sure the developer name is Tech Smarters Private Limited.
📺 LG TV: Coming soon — the application is currently under review by the LG team.
📺 Older Samsung TVs: Please bear with us while we work on a solution. Fixing compatibility for older models may take a few days.
