The reason for this is because Acton's step father skipped bail and fled the state after pleading not guilty in 1978 when a grand jury indicted him on rape charges. Active arrest warrants were issued however he was never brought to trial due to him fleeing, he died in 2004.

I don't even like Acton, but this jeet is just repugnant at every step.
