Practice of Sharia Lawâ?
In so much as the âTreason Clauseâ appears in Article Three, Section
Three, of the Constitution of The United States is concerned; this present the
potential question of establishing proper âLocus Jurisdictionâ to hear these cases.
These âemolumentsâ being clearly âForeignâ in nature in violation of
Article one, Section Nine, Clause Eight, of the Constitution of The United States.
The âMissing Thirteenth Amendmentâ does present the potential of invoking the
UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice), and the JAG (Judge Advocate
General) as being the âProper Locus Jurisdictionâ for such cases upon review of
historical documents, Supreme Court Rulings, and World Court Decisions already
established as potential support for this question.
