Military is the ONLY WAY... the only - “Who will
ultimately possess Subject Matter Jurisdiction to hear these cases of Un-authorized
Practice of Sharia Law”?
In so much as the “Treason Clause” appears in Article Three, Section
Three, of the Constitution of The United States is concerned; this present the
potential question of establishing proper “Locus Jurisdiction” to hear these cases.
These “emoluments” being clearly “Foreign” in nature in violation of
Article one, Section Nine, Clause Eight, of the Constitution of The United States.
The “Missing Thirteenth Amendment” does present the potential of invoking the
UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice), and the JAG (Judge Advocate
General) as being the “Proper Locus Jurisdiction” for such cases upon review of
historical documents, Supreme Court Rulings, and World Court Decisions already
established as potential support for this question.
