Consequently, evaluating performance becomes very difficult. To address this, instead of providing a 100% accurate answer, we change the algorithm to see if visitors click on more articles or go to the target pages defined by the website operator, such as product pages or registration forms. The higher the percentage of visitors who take these actions, the better the recommendation system. We can compare the website success rates before and after implementing the personalized Concured system. So far, we have seen a 2-3 times improvement, and the algorithm is continuously being improved. Regarding MongoDB, the interviewee joined the Concured team when the company received its first significant external investment, which required the introduction of a professional Chief Technology Officer. They chose to continue using MongoDB because it aligned with their initial vision, and they also switched to MongoDB Atlas Serverless, which eliminated the need to manage various machines and simplified their technology stack. The future of Concured involves attracting more businesses with a need to monetize their archived content and generate more content. The goal is to maximize investment returns by producing the most beneficial content based on specific KPIs for different types of companies. The interviewee's team praised their ability to take charge and solve problems, which aligns with their leadership philosophy. They believe that if they lead the team wholeheartedly, things will naturally progress smoothly.
