"Preparation Strategy for HPCL Exam To prepare for the HPCL exam, I allocated 1-2 hours daily for non-technical portions and utilized the remaining time to revise class notes and previous year's questions (PYQs) of ESE. I also made it a point to revise the material repeatedly. Additionally, I enrolled in the Made Easy test series for the HPCL exam, which greatly aided me in time management and non-technical portions. I took the mock tests at the same time as the scheduled exam, approximately three weeks prior. Group Discussion (GD) Tips During the GD, the topic was centered around a large petroleum corporation modernizing its petrol pumps in rural areas. We were required to suggest a strategy for this initiative. My advice for the GD round is to speak clearly and confidently, highlighting 3-4 key points. This approach will help you clear this round. It's also essential to maintain eye contact with the panel members, but avoid staring at them intensely. Personal Interview (PI) Experience During the PI, I faced a panel of 12 members. The interview began with a brief introduction, so it's crucial to ensure your introduction is concise and to the point. The panel then inquired about my decision to leave my previous job, which was a high-paying position in an upstream oil and gas production company. I provided a clear and logical explanation for my decision. The panel also asked questions based on my CV and general HR-related queries, such as whether I would be willing to accept a posting in a remote location. If you have prior work experience, be prepared to answer questions related to your job. If you lack work experience, focus on thoroughly preparing your technical subjects, including topics like thermodynamics, power plants, and heat and mass transfer."

Good evening sir, I'm delighted to share with you that I have been selected at HPCL as an officer. I've been a student of MADE EASY from 2022-2023 in Hyderabad. You've taught us Thermodynamics, ATD, RAC .... I'm really grateful to you sir 🙏🏻...after attending your classes I had more conceptual clarity than ever..I was able to solve and discuss the subject without revision too. I once again Thank you for your guidance and a strong student community. Also.. I would like to clear a misconception/rumour about HPCL recruitment that... individuals with work experience or very less gap are more likely to get selected..But I'm a 2021 graduate with zero work experience. Many people will get discouraged at the interview stage due to this myth. Hence I kindly request that you let my fellow aspirants know about this. Now I can proudly say that my dream of becoming a PSU employee is a REALITY! Thanking you Jaisreekar Reddy

Many many congratulations for HPCL

Virat Kohli has failed in 61% of his ODI innings, Joe Root in 63%, AB de Villiers in 64%, and David Warner in 70%—proof that even the world’s best fail more often than they succeed. Greatness lies not in avoiding failure, but in rising above.
