NEPAL IS IN DEEP PAIN…AND THOUSANDS OF FAMILIES ARE FACING THEIR DARKEST HOURS.
Just seeing the news of the devastating and horrifying flash floods in Nepal...more than 300 lives lost, and nearly 200 of our Indian brothers and sisters still reported missing. It is difficult to even imagine what the families must be going through at this moment. Ye sailab aur prakriti ka raudra roop dekh ke dil dahal jat hai.. And tragedies like this remind us of something jo hum hamesha bhul jate hai ki Prakriti ke saamne hum kitne baune hain. We may build the tallest buildings, create the most advanced technology, and believe that we have mastered almost everything around us….but in a just fraction of second, nature can remind us how small and helpless we truly are and life itself is so so fragile. In this situation..once again, India stepped forward swiftly as first responders, sending HADR assistance, essential relief material and medicines to Nepal. This again a reminder that neighbours are not defined merely by borders on a map...they are defined by who stands beside you when tragedy strikes. This is the India I feel proud of. India and Nepal share much more than geography. We share history. We share culture. We share faith. We share families. We share friendship. Roti-Beti ka rishta hai apna. I just pray may every missing person be found alive. May God give unimaginable strength to families who have lost their loved ones. And may Nepal rise again from this terrible tragedy 🙏

UPSC Mains 2026 - GS1 Paper

UPSC Mains 2026 - Essay Paper

Hi Everyone, For those of you who are writing the Essay Paper tomorrow, here are some last-minute tips to help you structure your essay: 1. Choose Your Topics Very Wisely Look for topics that align with your strengths. One approach is to pick a topic where you can craft a strong introduction. Choose a topic you feel comfortable with in terms of ideas, arguments, and examples. If you're not comfortable with a very unconventional or tough topic, then avoid it. Sabse alag topic likhne se marks extra nahi milege so wohi topic choose karna jispar apke paas content ho. 2. Brainstorm and Plan (15 minutes per Essay) Before you start writing, take 10-15 minutes to brainstorm. Write down key points, examples, and quotes. Brainstorm for both essays first, then start writing. You’ll have enough time to complete both essays. 3. Introduction and Conclusion are very Important Start your essay with an introduction that grabs attention. You can use a quote, a relevant anecdote, or a thought-provoking question. Your conclusion should effectively sum up your argument. Koi naya idea nahi dena hai conclusion me. If you are starting your essay with some sort of story then try to connect it to the conclusion. This will complete the circle. 4. Keep your Language very Simple Avoid complex sentences or vocabulary. Use clear, straightforward language to explain your ideas effectively. 5. Stick to the Topic (Very Important) It's very common to drift away from the topic after writing a 1-2 pages, so periodically revisit the essay topic after every 1-2 pages to ensure that you’re on track. Keep the essay’s central demand in mind. Maintain a balanced viewpoint. If you are writing thesis then write few points on Anti-Thesis also. Present a logical analysis that acknowledges multiple perspectives before concluding. 6. Key Areas to Focus On If you’re struggling to come up with an out-of-the-box idea, focus on these key dimensions and you GS Syllabus and build your essay around them: - Social Issues: Gender equality, poverty, education, healthcare - Philosophical Topics: Ethics, values, human nature - Economics and Governance: Development, reforms, democracy - International Relations and Environment: Climate change, global cooperation 7. Don’t Overload with Data Avoid too much factual information. Don't make your essay a 1200 word GS Answer. Try to maintain the flow and avoid writing too much data and facts. Lastly, stay confident. Let your thoughts flow, and give it your best effort. Always rooting and praying for each and everyone of you.❤️ All the Very Best. Ap bas apna karm kariye baki Mahdev sab acha karege...

23 year old. 111 kg. 1st day of her period. Silver medal for India🇮🇳 When Gyaneshwari Yadav stepped onto CWG platform, she wasn't just carrying weight on the bar. She was carrying cramps, discomfort & uncertainty..experiences that millions of women endure silently every month. Yet, she lifted 111kg and stood proudly. For generations, menstruation has been treated as something impure, something to be hidden, whispered about or endured in silence. Girls are asked to hide sanitary pads. Women are excluded from places and traditions. Their pain is dismissed as “normal”. And conversations about their bodies are wrapped in shame. Her story is a reminder that - Women bleed Women struggle Women endure Women rise And women lift nations..sometimes quite literally. Respect women...not only when they win medals, but also when they express pain, seek rest & demand dignity. Congratulations, Gyaneshwari. Thanku for leading the conversation and rewriting the rules. झंडा ऊँचा रहे हमारा। विजयी विश्व तिरंगा प्यारा 🇮🇳❤️

Happy Guru Purnima, future civil servants! Today, we celebrate the teachers and mentors who guide us, inspire us, and help us become better versions of ourselves. But honestly, this journey has never been one-sided. Every question you ask, every struggle you share, and every milestone you achieve teaches me something valuable too. Watching your dedication, resilience, and dreams take shape is one of the greatest privileges of being your mentor. Thank you for trusting me and allowing me to be a small part of your journey. I may be your mentor, but in many beautiful ways, you are my teachers too. ❤️

Congratulations and many many best wishes to everyone who qualified CSE Prelims.. You have qualified one of the toughest prelims of UPSC History...Iss chance ko jane bilkul mar dena.. Poori jaan laga dena quki Asli jaan tabhi lagani hoti hai jab jaan jane vali hon.. Aur jinka nahi hua..I don’t know from where to start… and truly, I don’t know what to say. बस एक ही बात बोलूँगा... समय की अपनी भी योजनाएँ होती हैं..हर बार गलती इंसान की नहीं होती। I know for most of you, tonight feels heavier than most nights. Not because the world has changed… but because your world has. This year prelims was the most unexpected one.. Paper me kafi changes hue hai... Jo soch rahe the unka ho jayega..they didn't qualify Jisko umid nahi thi..uska ho gaya Kiska kaise hua kyu hua, kyu nahi hua..kisiko ko idea nahi.. Bas ho gaya.. You gave months… some of you gave years. You distanced yourself from festivals, gatherings, family moments, friendships, even from your own smiles. You lived inside books, inside silence, inside hope. And today…one line on a PDF told you that all of it wasn’t enough. I know you want to disappear for a while… because facing your family feels harder than any exam you ever studied for. That pain is real. It is the pain of someone who tried. Someone who believed and didn’t take shortcuts. Jisne ye exam nahi diya hai they rarely understands what this exam takes from a person. Itne salo se lakho baccho ko dekha hai iss situation..toh bas ek baat bola chahuga Your parents need YOU more than they need your rank. They want you safe. They want you standing. They want you to come home...not hiding your pain, but sharing it. They can bear anything… except losing you to the weight of your own expectations. For now bas breathe...Thoda time do khud ko... Rest your tired heart. Aur phir sochna aage kya karna hai.. Bas Stay strong..❤️
