Engage in some self reflection from time to time. Create a quiet space. Be alone with your thoughts. Dedicate time for some self reflection every week. Journal your thoughts, feelings and experiences. Ask yourself questions on your strengths, weaknesses, core values, challenges and goals. Meditate! Seek feedback from trusted people. Review and reflect on your past experiences. Set goals and track progress. Pay close attention to your emotions. Be grateful and have some self compassion. Happy Thursday!

It's really important that we talk about authenticity on social media. What we see online should match what we portray in person. I've always stressed the importance of being authentic. Let what people see on social media reflect who you are physically. On Social Media, we might display success and professionalism, but this should align with how we serve our clients. Don't have "two faces"—a smiling LinkedIn profile photo and a different demeanor when dealing with clients. Authenticity earns you clients, builds community, and establishes trust. Be comfortable maintaining a great personal brand. We all need to be authentic. Always.
