i thought this was just another lecture… but left quite full of insights😍 last week i got invited to an open talk with Stefania Malikova — founder & creative director of dressbystesha — hosted by the msu business club 💙 she built her brand from scratch in 5 years, wearing every hat at once: creative director, face of the company, strategist a few things that stuck with me: → you don’t need a permission to start → you can be both a designer and an entrepreneur → your personal brand is the one asset no one can take from you so tell me — if you started building your personal brand today, what would you want to be known for? thank you to the msu business club for having me 🤍

happy first day of september, treasures! 🍃 a new school year, a fresh notebook, a clean page — and honestly, my favourite season to learn in. there’s something about autumn that makes you want to curl up with a cup of tea and a good book (preferably in english, 😉 ) whether you’re heading back to class, starting a new course, or just showing up for yourself today — i’m proud of you. let’s make this year the one where your english finally clicks 💛

🍞 no-knead ciabatta soft inside, crispy crust — and barely any effort😍 this week i caught a serious cooking vibe after a trip back to my hometown and all the cozy comfort there made me wish to create more of that in my own space ingredients 700 ml water 1 kg flour 7 g dry yeast 3 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar method mix the water with the yeast. gradually add the flour, stirring as you go add the salt and sugar at the end. cover and leave to rest for 12 hours. during this time, stir the dough 3 times — always with a spoon, never your hands bake at 240°c for 35 minutes. that’s it. golden, airy ciabatta with a bakery-worthy crust 🥖 tenjoy it warm with olive oil, or use it for the ultimate sandwich 🥪🫶

well. airport life continues 🙃 good news: my flight hasn’t been cancelled. bad news: it hasn’t been anything, really. they’ve turned on the “kover” regime — the special airspace mode that grounds everything — so we’re all just sitting here admiring a departure board that’s given up entirely what an experience!))

writing this from the Kazan airport ✈️ our trip to kazan was a bit of an adventure before it even started. the flights were a nightmare: first they pushed our departure from 8am all the way to 6pm, and then the return got moved to a completely different day. in the end we had to buy new tickets that cost three times as much. anyway, it was all worth it as the trip itself was warm and cozy: time with family, unhurried walks through the city centre, and that quiet feeling of just being together now i’m sitting here at the gate, fingers crossed that this flight actually leaves on time 🤞
