Venue : Penston, uttara branch. Examiner was probably Indian, (Ashariya/ঐশ্যরিয়া)( I cant remember her exact name sadly)
Part - 1 : Three topics were covered.
Topic -1 : STUDY ( where do I study, what my major is, do I often study hard?, what I typically do after finishing my classes)
Topic- 2 : PUZZLES ( do I like to solve puzzles, did I solv puzzles when I was a child, which one I like number puzzles or word puzzles, why I like to solve word puzzles, if I solve puzzles when I'm travelling or not)
Topic -3 : HOUSEHOLD THINGS AND COOKING ( Do I like cooking, do I cook for myslef, did I cook when I was younger, and the last question was do I like things being tidy?
Part -2 : Cue card topic was ( DESCRIBE A TIME WHEN YOU DISAGREED WITH SOMEONE)
Part-3 : questions were asked related to cue card
1. Do I usually disagree with people?
2. Is it necessary for people to disagree?
3. What do I do when I disagree with someone
4. Why do you think a child disagrees with their parents?
5. Is it good or bad?
6. Who can give advice/ opinion to childrens?

Many students worry that they read too slowly, and they ask me for advice about reading faster. These students are surprised when I tell them that it might be better to slow down and read "better" rather than faster.
If you read too quickly, or if you try to find the answers by skimming and scanning, you probably won't fully understand what you're reading, and you might miss the answers that you're searching for. On the other hand, if you read at normal speed, you're more likely to understand what you're reading, and you'll have plenty of time to find the answers.
If you struggle to finish all 40 questions in one hour, it's probably because you didn't understand the passage well enough, not because you didn't read it fast enough. So, you need to analyse your mistakes and look up the words and phrases that you didn't understand. In other words, work on becoming a BETTER reader, not a FASTER reader. | 1 839 |
