ሁለቱ የፍርሃት አይነቶች (ክፍል አንድ) ፍርሃት ፈጣሪ ከጉዳት ሊጠብቀን የፈጠረው የሰው ልጅ ስሜት ነው። ይሁን እንጂ ሁሉም ፍርሃት አንድ አይደለም። አንዳንድ ፍርሃቶች ተገቢ እና ምክንያታዊ ሲሆኑ፣ ሌሎች ደግሞ ምክንያታዊ ያልሆኑ እና ለእድገት፣ ለእምነት እና ለጤናማ አኗኗር እንቅፋት የሚሆኑ ናቸው። በሁለቱ መካከል ያለውን ልዩነት መረዳት ለግል እድገት እና ለስኬታማ ሕይወት አስፈላጊ ነው። እነዚህን የፍርሃት አይነቶች፣ 1) ምክንያታዊ ፍርሃት (Rational Fear) እና  2) ምክንያታዊ ያልሆነ ፍርሃት (Irrational Fear) ብለን እንጠራቸዋለን፡፡ ለዛሬ የመጀመሪያውን እንመልከትና ነገ ሁለተኛውን ይዤ እመለሳለሁ፡፡ 1. ምክንያታዊ ፍርሃት (Rational Fear) ምክንያታዊ ፍርሃት ከእውነተኛ እና ሊታወቅ ከሚችል የጉዳት ወይም የአደጋ ምንጭ የሚመጣ ፍርሃት ነው። ይህ ፍርሃት በምናብ ወይም በእሳቤ ላይ ሳይሆን በተጨባጭ ሁኔታዎች ላይ የተመሰረተ ነው። ለምሳሌ፡ 💠 በከባድ አውሎ ንፋስ ወቅት መኪና ሲነዱ መፍራትና ጥንቃቄ ማድረግ። 💠 ትልቅ የቀዶ ጥገና ከመደረጉ በፊት መጨነቅ። 💠 ምሽት ላይ አደገኛ በሆነ ሰፈር ብቻውን ከመሄድ መፍራትና መቆጠብ። እነዚህ ፍርሃቶች ጠቃሚ የጥበቃ አላማ አላቸው። እነዚህ ፍርሃቶች ወደ ድንጋጤ ከመምራት ይልቅ ጥበብን፣ ዝግጅትን እና ጥንቃቄ የተሞላበት ውሳኔ አሰጣጥን ያበረታታሉ። ተገቢው ምላሽ ለዚህ ፍርሃት መፍትሄው ችላ ማለት ሳይሆን፣ ምክንያቱን በጥበብ እና በኃላፊነት መፍታት ነው፤ ይህንንም በሚከተለው መንገድ ማድረግ ይቻላል፡ 💠 የፍርሃቱን ትክክለኛ ምንጭ መለየት። 💠 ትክክለኛ መረጃ መሰብሰብ። 💠 ተገቢውን ዝግጅት ማድረግ። 💠 ጥበብ የተሞላበት ምክር መጠየቅ። ተግባራዊ ጥንቃቄዎችን መውሰድ። 💠 በኃላፊነት እየተንቀሳቀሱ በፈጣሪ መታመን። በሌላ አነጋገር፣ ምክንያታዊ ፍርሃት መሸሽን ሳይሆን ጥበብን፣ እቅድን እና ተግባርን ይጠይቃል። @naatoo16
