Abstract: Modular forms are fundamental objects in number theory and played a pivotal role in the proof of Fermat's Last Theorem. This talk begins with Ramanujan’s identities and conjectures regarding the Delta function coefficients. We then introduce the modular group, its action on the upper half-plane, the foundational theory of modular forms, and Hecke operators. Abstract: Air quality monitoring is essential for environmental health, but centralized approaches face challenges such as high communication costs, latency, and privacy risks. Single-modality models using only tabular or image data fail to fully capture complex pollution patterns. To address this, we propose a Multimodal Federated Learning framework that integrates tabular and visual data via a lightweight model (MobileNetV3Small + MLP), deployed on heterogeneous edge devices such as Raspberry Pi 5 and Jetson Orin Nano.
