02 Judge releases the man accused of shooting his stepmother in the neck and stomping on her head after she tried to hug him at a graduation ceremony. Judge Emeterio Rudolfo called the shooting a seemingly random act of violence. Rudolfo ruled 21-year-old Cristian Bencomo could be released on a GPS monitor and house arrest where he’ll live with his grandma. “After he shot her and she fell to the ground he started stomping on her head” The victim’s sister said.
