📌 Recommended acts on Friday
🌿Bathing (Ghusl) on the day of Jumumah (Bukhari 877)
🌿 To wear nice clothes (Abu Dawood)
🌿 Use perfume ('Perfume' refers to men only, as it's not permissible for women in public) and use the Miswaak. (Ibn Majah)
🌿 Going early to Jumuah Prayer (Bukhari 929 & Muslim 1964)
🌿Walking to Masjid for Jumuah Paryer (Al-Tirmidi, 496)
🌿If the Saffs (rows) are already filled, one should not jump over the shoulders of the musallies in order to get to the front. (Abu Dawood)
🌿Try to sit as close as possible to the Imam. (Majah, Tirmidhi)
🌿 Listening attentively to Khutba (Sermon) (Bukhari 934)
🌿Pray Four raka'aat (units) after Jumua'ah or Two at home.
(Muslim 881, 882. Bukhari 937)
🌿 Making a lot of du’aa’. [al-Bukhaari, 893; Muslim, 852]
🌿 Seek the last Hour of Friday in which Du'aa is accepted (Bukhari 935, Muslim)
🌿Avoid major sins (Muslim, 233)
🌿Increase your Durood (example: Durood Ibrahim)
“Recite Durood upon me in abundance on the day of Jummah since they are presented to me.” (Ibn Majah)
🌿 Recite Soorat al-Kahf (al-Haakim, 2/399; al-Bayhaqi, 3/249. Al-Albani Saheeh al-Jaami’, 6470)
Allah ﷻ said;
"O you who have believed, when [the adhan] is called for the prayer on the day of Jumu'ah [Friday], then proceed to the remembrance of Allah and leave trade. That is better for you, if you only knew."
(Soorat Al-Jumu'ah, 9)
Don't Forget Allah:
Allah ﷻ said; "And when the prayer is ended, then disperse in the land and seek of Allah's bounty, and remember Allah much, that ye may be successful."🍂
(Soorat al-Jumu'ah, 10)
