I would strongly suggest everyone to watch this, even if you don’t want it, learn how to use topper copies (provided a plan for next year students and this year students)
How is the Josh guys?? Wanted to say that, in continuation with help for Mains 2024, I am extremely delighted to tell you that Aditya sir (Founder of Karmayogi IAS, 3 interviews) has agreed to do a read along in 1v1 format of ethics copies of 5 mains giving students.

📚 Topic: Bureaucratic Attitude vs. Democratic Attitude
📖 Meaning : A Bureaucratic Attitude is characterized by a focus on rules, procedures, and hierarchy. It emphasizes formal structures and clear lines of authority.
Its features include rule-orientation, impersonal decision-making, emphasis on stability and consistency of organisation, and somewhat conservative nature.
A Democratic Attitude is characterised by participation, inclusivity, and responsiveness. It seeks to involve citizens in decision-making processes and values their opinions.
Its features include participatory nature, transparency, flexibility, and empathy.
Pro tip: Keep an eye on diagrams like this. Because I had it in my notes, I was able to effortlessly draw this same diagram in the exam too.

1️⃣ Democratic Attitude: Vijay S.D. as Collector of Nashik launched the "Maharashtra Ghar Ghar Ration" initiative, which involved consultations with beneficiaries to ensure the scheme met their needs.
2️⃣ Bureaucratic Attitude : A 68 year old divyang woman in Orissa had to crawl for 30 km to a bank to withdraw her pension money. This shows the bureaucratic attitude of officials, who did not consider extraordinary the circumstances of the lady.
