-Suspended sentence.
- Sexual Harm Prevention Order for 7 Years
- Prohibition to internet accessible devices. If agreed to have one will be under MAPPA supervision.
- Rehability programme

David Roberts was sexual grooming online a child in a very sexual and coercive manner and facilitated a meet he wanted to Tie a child up while performing sexual acts Roberts the wrong un was stung by Elusive in Skelmersdale and was arrested at the scene for his crimes by Lancashire Police
