Martin was intercepted by us back in January 2022 after talking sexually to whom he believed to be a 14 year old child.
He has been sentenced to the following:
-Suspended sentence.
- Sexual Harm Prevention Order for 7 Years
- Prohibition to internet accessible devices. If agreed to have one will be under MAPPA supervision.
- Rehability programme
- Victim costs and surcharge.
