Norwegian footballer Ole Saeter has rejected a transfer offer from Israeli club Maccabi Haifa, citing strong moral objections on Wednesday.
The 28-year-old Rosenborg striker told Norwegian broadcaster TV 2 that he could not accept the deal, despite the financial stability it would have provided.
"I don't want blood money in my account. It would be a nightmare," Saeter said of the offer.
