This is why the U.S. census is so importantāand also so controversial, argues Florida AG James Uthmeier.
āA lot of people just view the census as a number crunching exercise the government does every ten years to count how many people are here, but it truly is the central function of deciding electoral power in our country.
ā¦That is how the electoral votes get awarded for presidential elections. The electoral votes decide how many members of Congress come from each stateā¦how federal funding gets allocated and distributed.ā
āWe believe, ultimately, states like California, Illinois, New York, Florida, probably disproportionately have some additional seats based on illegal aliens in the state.ā

āChina is our greatest adversary, and if we are showing them the playbook for how we think, how we function, how we operate, then our next generation is not going to be prepared to combat our enemy.ā
Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier says his office is investigating several companies that may be sharing data with Beijing.

Xi Jinping and Putin were recently caught on a hot mic talking about using organ transplants to increase longevityāand even achieve immortality.
Here's the dark truth:
Chinaās organ āsupplyā comes from prisoners of conscienceāespecially Falun Gong practitionersākilled on demand for their organs.
And now echoes of these ethical horrors are starting to spreadāperhaps even here to America.
A few weeks ago, RFK Jr. noted that American hospitals were violating the dead donor rule in organ transplants.
Is this the price of decades of medical collaboration with China? As Armstrong Williams argued in a powerful op-ed, CCP practices are bleeding into our own system.
Are we letting Beijing corrupt the integrity of medicine globally?

"It was kind of that moment where you're reporting on a murderer and you know a crime has been taking place, and then you get a video clip of the murderer bragging about how they did it and how they're happy they did it."
Epoch Times senior investigative reporter Joshua Philipp and I discuss the stunning Xi JinpingāPutin hot mic moment, where they casually discuss achieving immortality through organ transplants.
Given what we know about the CCPās forced organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners, the implications are nothing short of chilling.
Experts say an estimated 60,000 to 100,000 prisoners of conscience are killed in China every year for their organs. Itās a billion dollar industry.

In a moment that stunned the world, Xi Jinping and Putin were caught on a hot mic talking about increasing longevityāand even achieving immortalityāthrough repeated organ transplants.
Here's the chilling context:
Chinaās organ transplant system is built on the lives of prisoners of conscienceāincluding large numbers of Falun Gong practitioners.
Experts estimate tens of thousands have been murdered for their organs every year.
Joining Jan today to unpack the significance of this moment and what it teaches us about the inner workings of the Chinese Communist Party is Epoch Times senior investigative journalist Joshua Philipp.

āCharlie influenced a lot of people, a lot of young peopleā¦He influenced them to believeā¦that we can win in advocating for our beliefs and the policies we favor by making the best arguments, by making rational arguments, by engaging the people who disagree with us and winning them over.
ā¦That was his message.ā

āWords are words, they are not violenceā¦and violence can never be defended as a form of expression.
If we fall into the error of believing that speech is violence, or speech can be violence, then we are inviting a justification for violence on the other side."

Yes, a smartphone-free childhood is possible, says Clare Morell.
She calls it the FEAST framework:
F ā Find other families
Itās much easier when your kids arenāt the only ones.
E ā Educate, Explain, Exemplify
Teach your kids about digital harms. Model healthy tech use.
A ā Adopt alternatives
Use phone options that provide calls/texts and other essential functions but not addictive apps.
S ā Set screen rules
Establish digital accountability. Shared TV instead of isolated screens. Computers in public spaces.
T ā Trade screens for real-life responsibility
Give kids more responsibilities around the home and then more independence outside the home.

Charlie Kirkās approach to disagreement matters now more than ever.
āIf this generation rising today does not adopt a spirit of civic friendship, if they don't value civil discourseā¦this grand experiment in republican government and ordered liberty bequeathed to us by our great Founding Fathers will be lost," says Princeton University professor and legal theorist Robert George.
āIt depends on citizens treating each other when they disagreeānot as enemies to be destroyedābut as friends to be reasonably disagreed with, argued withā¦perhaps passionately, but peacefullyāand in a spirit of friendship,ā George says.

Smartphone overuse means kids are producing a lot less oxytocin, which plays a key role in emotional regulation and bonding.
"You only get [oxytocin] through physical touch or eye contact in real life. It's all centered around a real-life relationship. So, when kids are interacting with their peers through the screens, they're not getting oxytocin. And so, we're seeing a loneliness epidemic.ā

"What the smartphone tells us is that life is about your own personal entertainment, that it's actually about instant gratification, that you can entertain yourself away from all of life's problems, and that you don't actually have to exert self-control and wait for something, like practicing delayed gratification.
The entire device is instant gratification, constant, endless, infinite entertainment.
ā¦We are losing that ability to actually be able to learn delayed gratification, to actually view self-control or self-discipline as a value."

"We're created to have [human relationships] in person, clearly, because this oxytocin is released, which we know bonds a baby with its mother, bonds a husband with wife..An in-person relationship just can't be substituted on the screen."

āBecause I showed data that the messenger RNA killed the bifidobacteria, now I'm an āanti-vaxxer,āā says Dr. Sabine Hazan.
Dr. Hazan found that the spike protein in the COVID-19 vaccines kills a key gut bacteria known as bifidobacteria. Furthermore, these effects were seen not just in the short-term but also in the long-term.
Both the vaccines and the virus itself cause a reduction of bifidobacteria, and the combination of both in close succession can be particularly detrimental.
āIf you look at long covid or the vaccine injuredā¦zero bifidobacteria across the line,ā says Dr. Hazan.

šØCould bifidobacteriaāa key gut bacteria that supports a strong immune systemāalso play a role in autism treatment?
Dr. Sabine Hazan is leading pioneering research, comparing the microbiomes of twinsāone neurotypical, one autisticāto see if introducing gut microbes from the healthy sibling might help. In one case, she saw results that left her stunned.
āThe [neurotypical] kid had one group of microbes that the [autistic] sibling didn't have,ā Dr. Hazan says.
As the sibling with greater microbial diversity became the donor, Dr. Hazan observed ārefloralizationāāthe engraftment of healthy microbes so the patientās gut microbiome began to resemble that of the donor. The patient showed marked improvements.
Dr. Hazan discovered that during this process a critical microbe called bifidobacteria also increased.
āThat was a miracle.ā

The FDA has approved familial fecal transplants for research into autism treatment. Dr. Sabine Hazan says that by comparing the gut microbiomes of autistic children with their neurotypical siblings, we may uncover vital clues that could lead to new treatments.
āIt's going to be an important study to give us data on whether siblings that are neurotypical can be a good donor for the kid that's autistic,ā says Dr. Hazan.

šØ Most Americans donāt understand the Fed.
From the start, the Fed was a progressivist experiment in āscientific,ā monetary management, says Jeffrey Tucker. And it was obvious that it would be abused.
Before WWI, America stayed out of wars largely because it couldnāt afford them.
āWell, now with the Fed, you have the moneyā¦You've got this weird power of this one institution to buy and hold government-created debt with money that didn't previously exist.

šØHere's why Trump's showdown with Fed governor Lisa Cook isnāt just about interest rates or mortgage fraud, says Jeffrey Tucker:
"It has to do with whether and to what extent the Fed is actually accountable to the President of the United States.
ā¦We don't actually know what it means for there to be an 'independent' agency under the executive department.
ā¦The Supreme Court has been very clear up to now that the President is in charge of the executive agenciesā¦They can, in fact, fire employees.

Dr. Robert Malone reveals what he thinks happened behind the scenes at the CDC:
āIt appears that the Secretary asked the director of CDC to terminate some of these senior, long-term staff that were insisting on basically controlling the agenda for the upcoming ACIP COVID subcommittee work group and what they would be allowed to consider as they would investigate and make recommendations to the Director of the CDC concerning the three COVID vaccine products.ā
