It's been a long week, full of God's goodness. This passage dropped in my heart in quite a unique way: "He shall see [the fruit] of the travail of His soul and be satisfied…" Isaiah 53:11 (AMPC) The verse describes the suffering of Christ, yet this verse holds a promise: His labour would not be in vain. He would see its fruit (redeemed lives) and be satisfied. That speaks to our work too. Work is a blessing from God, but an even greater blessing is the grace to see the fruit of your labour. To pour yourself out and then watch it bear fruit is a gift we shouldn't take for granted. It may have been a stressful one but take heart. Your labour in never in vain. The fruit is coming, and by His grace, you'll see it and be satisfied. Wishing you a blessed and fruitful weekend.

I worked with a major Web3 project for over six months, and I can say it was one of the best experiences for my career. Yes, the contract ended earlier this month, but it was a great ride and before the contract ended I had already gotten on another project. I’m now on board with another project, and it’s going smoothly too. It’s really really interesting that I’ve worked with two Web3 (crypto) projects in 2026, and you can only imagine the cool $$$ gotten from those experiences and I’m excited about what the coming year holds too. Look, I really wish more people could learn and apply my strategies for landing opportunities in major ecosystem like these. So, I have prepared a detailed material and I’ll be sharing more updates on what I’ve prepared for you early next month. It’s time to GET UP & DEAL!

What separates the 99% from the successful 1% isn't their traits. It's their doggedness to learn. You can learn literally ANYTHING if you have these two things in place: 1. A strong desire to learn. 2. The patience to repeat the process again and again. As you approach this week, let me remind you that you are the major player in your life. What's that one thing you've been procrastinating on? No one can help you unless you GET UP & DEAL with it now.

I’ve gotten a few messages about the Dangote IPO and how the FOMO is everywhere. Well, I wouldn’t stop you from buying, neither will I ask you to buy now. Here’s my take: The refinery is still relatively new and hasn’t been fully market-tested like some of the other industries Dangote operates in. So, for me, I’d rather wait. There are already other market-tested companies with established track records whose shares you can buy and hold for the long term. Give the refinery some time to operate, watch the numbers, evaluate its performance, and then you can make a more informed decision about what the company is truly worth. You don’t have to chase every opportunity just because everyone is talking about it. There will always be another opportunity. By the way, I’ve prepared a detailed book and guide to help you navigate this and I’ll be sharing it here shortly. Stay tuned. And don’t forget to Get Up and Deal.

Hi Fam, Hope you’re all doing well. I’ve been locked in on some amazing stuff I’m working on to help you guys become more profitable. Just wanted to drop by and encourage someone here: “I tried and it didn’t work” is better than “I didn’t try because I don’t know if it will work.” Give yourself permission to try. You may fail, but you’ll learn. And sometimes, you may just discover that it works. I’ll be back soon to share some interesting stuff with you all. Get up and deal.

Sometimes, the best way to deal with the people making your life difficult is to become better than the situation. There’s a story about an eagle and a crow that illustrates this perfectly. A crow will fly onto an eagle’s back and aggressively peck at its neck. The eagle is far stronger and bigger, but it doesn’t fight back. It doesn’t waste time trying to shake the crow off. It doesn’t retaliate. It simply opens its wings and starts flying higher. The higher the eagle flies, the thinner the air becomes. Eventually, the crow can’t survive at that altitude. It loses strength, faints, and falls away. The eagle wins without ever fighting the crow. There’s a lesson here for your career and your life. When you start experiencing contention at work, difficult colleagues, increased competition, or situations that frustrate you, your first instinct may be to complain, fight back, or blame the environment. Instead, fly higher. Upskill. Become better at what you do. Build more valuable skills. Increase your capacity. Don’t spend all your energy fighting the situation you’re in. Grow beyond it. Sometimes the best response to a difficult environment isn’t to complain about how bad things are. It’s to become so good, so valuable, and so capable that the environment can no longer limit you. Get up & Deal.

Invest in assets. Invest in stocks. Invest in mutual funds. Invest in businesses. Invest in anything that can grow your money
Invest in assets. Invest in stocks. Invest in mutual funds. Invest in businesses. Invest in anything that can grow your money over time. I just received my dividend from my MTN stock. Then I saw someone who received over ₦1 million in dividends, and it encouraged me even more that this thing called investing in assets actually works. The very things you spend money on every day can also be paying you back. It’s never too late to start putting your money to work for you. Getup & Deal

One of the interesting things about wealth is that you can earn ₦1 million every month and still be broke. And someone else can earn ₦100,000 a month and actually be wealthy. The difference isn’t always how much you earn. It’s the gap between what you earn and what you keep. If you spend everything you make, a higher income won’t automatically make you wealthy. But if you consistently spend less than you earn, invest the difference, and let that money compound over time, you’re building wealth. Close the gap and Keep the difference. Invest it. Do it consistently. That’s the system. GetUp & Deal.

One of my biggest secrets to getting freelance clients: Support people and their work when there’s absolutely nothing in it for you. Share someone’s work. Recommend their service. Give useful feedback. Make an introduction. Celebrate their wins. Most of the time, they won’t notice. They won’t thank you. They won’t hire you. They won’t send a referral. That’s okay, my friend. Keep showing up. Keep giving value. Keep supporting good people without keeping score. Eventually, the right people notice. And sometimes, just ONE opportunity from the right person can change everything. The same applies when you’re building your freelance career. Don’t only show up when you need a job. Build relationships before you need them. Be useful before you need a referral. Support others before you need support. 99.8% of the time, you may get nothing back lol. Do it anyway. Because genuine relationships aren't transactions. Give value freely, and sometimes, in the most unexpected way, it finds its way back to you. GetUp & Deal.

Not getting clients? Read this slowly. You probably don't have a skill problem. You have a visibility problem. Clients can't hire what they don't see. Here's how to fix it: 1. Show your work consistently Post 3–4 times a week. Share your process, case studies, lessons, and results. 2. Prove your value Show metrics. Before-and-after outcomes. Testimonials. Real impact builds trust. 3. Talk about outcomes, not tools Don't say, "I use React." Say, "I help startups reduce page load time and increase conversions." 4. Be where your clients are Comment on their posts, answer questions, and start meaningful conversations every day. 5. Make your profile obvious People should instantly know: - What you do - Who you help - The result you deliver 6. Pin your best proof Feature your strongest project, case study, or client success story. 7. Stay consistent for 60 days Visibility compounds. Most people quit before others even notice them. There is no secret. Just consistent execution. GetUp & Deal 🤝
