Capital is rotating into majors, not exiting crypto. • Derivatives: OI near 28b and funding at 0.36 percent are cooling. Leverage is being cut, not pressed. • Sentiment: MVRV at 1.56 and Fear and Greed at 16 signal extreme fear, far from euphoria.
