#education πŸͺ„ HeatMap πŸͺ„ How well do you think you know HeatMap? And do you have a complete understanding of how heatmaps work? I'm sure not many do. Let me explain everything. First of all, HeatMap provides valuable information about liquidations and liquidity distribution, which can be useful for predicting market behavior. Of course, as I’ve always said, it’s impossible to determine where the market will go using HeatMap alone. β€”β€”β€”β€”β€” β–ͺ️ Price Magnets Clusters of liquidations (especially red and purple zones) attract price movement because these areas contain significant liquidity that market makers and large players can utilize. β–ͺ️ Accumulation Analysis If liquidations consistently form in one area, it could signal a strong level of resistance or support (as is currently happening with ETH). β–ͺ️ Distribution of Liquidations If large liquidations are concentrated near the current price, it indicates high volatility and potential manipulation (as is currently happening with ETH). β–ͺ️ HeatMap Display Options There are two display modes in HeatMap: Z-Score and Continuous. β€” Z-Score: Focused on statistical anomalies, highlighting only zones that significantly deviate from the norm. β€” Continuous: Displays all liquidation levels, including those that may be less significant in a statistical context. β–ͺ️ All Leverage vs. Optical Opti The difference between these two HeatMap modes lies in how liquidation and liquidity concentration data are processed and interpreted: β€” All Leverage: This mode displays data for all leverage levels used by traders in the market. β€” Optical Opti: Focuses on liquidations for high-leverage positions while ignoring low-leverage ones. This helps highlight more "sensitive" zones. 🎣 HeatMap is not just a tool for visualizing liquidations; it’s a powerful resource for understanding market liquidity and the behavior of large players. Use it in combination with other indicators and dynamic data to create accurate analyses. β€”β€”β€”β€” πŸ‘€ Examples: β–ͺ️ BTC HeatMap Z-Score All_Leverage See the red arrows on the chart? I’ve marked zones where liquidations used to exist but are no longer present. This means it’s unlikely the market will move to test the 95K area. I’ve also circled the 100K area, where there’s currently a faint red zone. The price could move into this zone if the cluster remains there for an extended period. Conclusion: In trading, you can never say with 100% certainty that the price won’t, for example, drop to 95K. However, at the moment, this level has a low liquidation concentration, making it unlikely that the market will move into this area to collect liquidations. β–ͺ️ BTC HeatMap Continuous All_Leverage Here, we can see that there are no particularly prominent levels. Overall, the situation looks more like an accumulation phase, with the nearest levels gradually distributed down to 90K and below. These levels are not particularly significant, and it’s unlikely that a market maker would be interested in pushing the price down, especially after the previous manipulation that brought the price to 89K. β–ͺ️ BTC HeatMap Continuous+ Z-Score Optical Opti In the screenshots, you can see that on Continuous+ Z-Score, liquidations are distributed both below and above. Although GEX+ is negative, the market maker is keeping the price within a fixed range. Key Point: On Monday, it’s essential to watch where zones are forming to understand where the price is most likely to go. ❓If you have any further questions or want to clarify something, feel free to write in the comments. I’ll respond and explain. ❀️ LINK β€” KingFisher Website 🦜 | KingFisher Chat

Bitcoin: The Battle Between Diamond Hands and Speculative FOMO: 1️⃣ Long-Term Holders (LTH): LTH supply dominance remains high, signaling strong long-term conviction. They continue to accumulate during price declines and strategically take profits during upward trends. This controlled behavior supports a bullish long-term outlook by limiting market sell pressure. 2️⃣ Short-Term Holders (STH): STH are showing increased activity during price rallies, indicating speculative interest and FOMO-driven entries. However, significant distribution during price corrections suggests weaker hands exiting the market, contributing to short-term volatility. 3️⃣ Overall Market Dynamics: With LTH holding a larger share of supply, Bitcoin’s market appears to be maturing. The reduced influence of STH on supply reinforces market stability, although their speculative behavior still drives short-term price swings. Conclusion: Bitcoin’s current structure, with long-term holders leading and short-term holders acting on speculation, sets a bullish tone for 2025. Strategic profit-taking by LTH could create healthy pullbacks, offering opportunities for new accumulation. ❌ https://x.com/IT_Tech_PL/status/1882901513590456509

Whales in ETH are twice as interested in Long positions compared to retail investors. In contrast, for Bitcoin, the ratio is only 0.18, meaning the interest in Long positions is close to that of retail investors. Leverage interest in Ethereum is notable, as it shows the highest value in the Whale vs. Retail Delta metric among various altcoins. This metric measures the interest of whales compared to retail investors in holding Long positions, potentially leading to significant volatility in the coming hours. It is likely that this interest in Long positions stems from the need to liquidate Short positions near $3,600, where a large portion of bears will be liquidated. Alphractal.com
