Make sure you put on proper make-up (for ladies) and dress professionally when meeting your clients. Declare Similarity People generally feel more connected to people who are similar to them. When doing sales, make sure you highlight what’s similar between you and your clients (hometown, educational background, beliefs, hobbies, religion etc) Give Compliments People like to be appreciated and complimented. They will also tend to like those people who compliment them often. Always make sure to find some ways to compliment your clients during the sales process. Establish Contact & Familiarity People like familiarity. The more they get to see you and have a connection with you, the more they will grow to like you and think about you. Find ways to appear more in front of your clients, be it through social media or offline engagement. Build Association Associate your product with something/someone people like/desire. Consider working with influencers or celebrities whom people like. Alternatively, associate your offer with an identity people aspire to be.
