In light of the fact there is ZERO coverage from the media on any arrest, I now have to assume that the US Senator who made this claim that Fauci had just been arrested at a large Alabama GOP event last night, must have been shown a deep fake IA video.
Here is yet another example of how how easily even a prominent elected official can be mislead by AI on what is actually REAL anymore. We USED to at least be able to BELIEVE our OWN EYES…. but now we don’t even have that assurance.
I hope an arrest of Fauci does become reality, but at this point there is no proof of that. I’m sorry to have gotten everyone’s hopes up.

This was stated by US Senator at an event earlier tonight who said that he had “just seen a video of Fauci’s arrest”, however, There continues to be no other source for this. I am trying to get further information. I hope this Senator was not mislead with a fake AI video. As soon as I know more, I will update.✳️

“Republican gubernatorial candidate Vivek Ramaswamy has not said if he would support a moratorium on the construction of data centers, but he hasn’t shied away from the topic on the campaign trail.”
“During an April event in Lakeside, Ohio, Mr. Ramaswamy agreed that the construction of data centers needs to happen on the terms of local communities, and the firms must pay their own way.”
“Our data centers, like any other form of economic development, they pay for their own power utilization, and they should,” Mr. Ramaswamy said. “And I think it’s common sense.”
“At the Jefferson County Lincoln Day Dinner in 2025, the candidate said it is “a good thing” that artificial intelligence data centers are moving to Ohio but expressed concerns about the current state of Ohio’s electric grid.”

| 8 | The “Data Center Accountability and Citizen Protection Act”:
1. Requires a citizen ballot vote before any data center or associated power facility expecting 1 megawatt of electrical load can be approved to be built in a city, village, or township locatedwithin 5 miles of the perimeter of the proposed facility.
2. Requires the Ohio EPA to set air emissions and wastewater safety standards for all non- regulated metals, glycols, and organics, including PFAS (forever chemicals), that are used in data centers and their power generating facilities.
3. Requires all new voter-approved data centers to use closed-loop cooling systems, and build their own power facility to maintain energy independence off the grid.
4. Requires all new voter-approved data centers to build an attached water treatment facilities with the capacity to treat the entire volume of discharge wastewater they produceprior to discharge’
5. Requires all existing data centers to build attached water treatment facilities with the capacity to clean whatever amount of discharge waste water they produce within 18 months of the act going into effect.
6. Requires all existing data centers and associated power Facilities to comply with newly established air emissions standards within 18 months of the act going into effect.
7. Establishes daily penalties to be paid to the locally affected city, village, or township by a datacenter that violates emissions and wastewater discharge requirements, and sets a 30 30-daylimit to come into compliance or the data center is subject to removal of their license to operate.
8. Prohibits all property tax abatements
9. Prohibits future and currently allowed NDA’s for development and supply agreements related to data center or associated power-generating facility and protects local officials from being penalized for disclosing information about any such agreements.
10. Prohibits any person who participated in drafting or revising Ohio Power Siting Board rules or public utilities commission rules from representing a data center applicant for 3 years. | 240 |
