So why do vaccine manufacturers need to spend so much much money to try to FORCE parents to vaccinate?
Is it because they don’t have sufficient science to prove their products are actually “safe & effective”?
Sounds like a vaccine marketing problem, not a vaccine exemption problem.

“Pfizer paid $500,000 to two nonprofits that later signed a letter urging Massachusetts lawmakers to eliminate the state’s religious exemption from mandatory childhood school vaccinations, according to the company’s own public grant disclosures and a legislative letter reviewed by The Defender.”
“The drugmaker’s “US Medical, Scientific, Patient and Civic Organization Funding Report” for fiscal year 2024, posted on Pfizer’s transparency website, lists a $400,000 payment to the American Society for Meningitis Prevention (ASMP) for “Policy Efforts for comprehensive Meningococcal Meningitis Vaccination.”
“The same report lists a $100,000 payment to the March of Dimes Foundation in 2024, categorized as a “Vaccine Policy Campaign Maternal Immunization.”
“More than a year later, both organizations’ names appear among roughly two dozen signatories on a June 1 letter to the Massachusetts House Committee on Ways and Means urging lawmakers to advance House Bill 2554 (H.2554).”
“The bill would “remove the non-medical exemption from required school vaccines and enhance data collection and sharing to better track immunization rates,” according to the letter.”

| 5 | OAMF statement on Acton’s FALSE attack AD claiming Vivek ran an “Alzheimer’s pump & dump sceme”:
Vivek’s main business model was developing drugs abandoned by big pharma. His parent company, Riovant, had subsidiary companies that worked on various drugs:
Myovant (endometriosis, uterine fibroids, and prostate cancer), Urovant (overactive bladder), and Immunovant (immunological conditions) All of these had great treatment success.
—-THE TRUTH—-
Acton’s ad focused on Axovant, which developed an Alzheimer's drug which did fail. What She purposefully does NOT say is that 99% of ALL Alzheimer's drug trials have failed. In fact, the vast majority of experimental drugs never make it to approval. Industry research estimates that roughly 90% of drug development programs fail to reach approval.
Succeed or fail, clinical trials are one of the most important parts of modern medicine. For adults and children with serious illnesses, a clinical trial can mean access to a treatment that could save or improve life, AND they are vital in helping us make informed decisions on what medical products may or may not be right for us or our children.
—-THE LIE—-
Acton claimed Vivek “peddled a drug to Alzheimer's patients that didn't work" and "sold stock in the company just before the drug failed a clinical trial, walking away a billionaire." This is a LIE and is trackable from public filings and disclosures. (See comment section for graphic and links. Roivant owned 75,000,000 Axovant shares before the June 2015 IPO and still had ALL of them in 2018.)
Vivek’s parent company Roivant, NEVER SOLD a single share of Axovant at any time BEFORE the Alzheimer's trial FAILED, and neither did Vivek. Vivek took the loss and moved forward to develop drugs that have helped adults and children live better lives.
—THE CONTRAST—-
While Vivek was analyzing clinical data and working towards developing monoclonal antibodies and other treatments that would save lives from Covid, Acton worked with the Board of Pharmacy in March of 2020 to SUPRESS ACCESS to Hydroxychloroquine as a treatment for COVID patients. Her approach led to the pharmacy board board going on to restrict other drugs like Ivermectin, monoclonal antibodies, and Budesonide being withheld from patients. Ohioans DIED. Off-label treatment denials continue to this day, which is why OAMF has continued to fight for the last 4 years to pass the Jeff, Dave & Angie Right 2 Try Act.
OAMF believes patient’s have the “Right to Try” off label treatments AND experimental treatments. We understand the science, the risks, and the years of research that go into developing a drug treatment and we do not condemn companies when they fail in the development of a drug meant to save lives. What we do condemn is manipulated science/data, Amy Acton telling people an experimental vaccine is “safe & effective”, medical products being immune from liability, and the use of coercion and medical mandates to force people to take RISKS that they have NOT taken by their own CHOICE. | 119 |

“Ohio’s new policy forcing healthy, unvaccinated children out of school for 21 to 25 days after a confirmed case of measles or rubella is drawing fire from parents, lawyers and scientists.”
“The policy, part of a public health order signed in February by Ohio Department of Public Health (ODH) Director Bruce Vanderhoff, is enforceable even if the unvaccinated student shows no signs of illness or infection.”
“Jeffrey Tucker, president and founder of the Brownstone Institute, called the policy “cruel and discriminatory” and a violation of the rights of children and their parents or guardians.”
“If the policy is to protect the unvaccinated children, the parents should be the ones to decide,” Tucker said.”
“Karl Jablonowski, Ph.D., senior research scientist for Children’s Health Defense (CHD), said the “contrast between medical freedom and medical tyranny is blatant” in the policy, which he said “discriminates against people based on medical choice … with zero evidence that they pose a risk.”
“That could put those children “at serious risk of vaccine injury,” according to Ohio Advocates for Medical Freedom, which called for the “immediate repeal” of the policy.”
“In a letter to leaders and members of the Ohio Senate and House of Representatives, the group said Ohio’s policy amounts to a “coercion tactic to bully parents into submitting to vaccination against their conscience out of desperation.”
“Most families will be unable to find solutions to keep their unvaccinated children at home for several weeks or months, the letter noted.”
“Leslie Manookian, president of the Health Freedom Defense Fund, agreed that the policy appears deliberately designed to “coerce busy parents into vaccinating their children so they won’t be excluded from attending school and any school-related activities.”
“A 2007 CDC study concluded that the immunity provided by the MMR vaccine wanes over time. The study found that 35% of vaccinated 7-year-olds, 60% of vaccinated 15-year-olds and approximately 66% of vaccinated adults can carry measles and infect others even if they don’t have symptoms.”
“Ohio Advocates for Medical Freedom addressed the MMR vaccine’s waning protection in its letter, stating that it’s “absurd to discriminate against healthy unvaccinated children when more than 60% of the teachers are able to carry and spread measles to students.”

E. PALESTINE "Right to Know" Town Hall

September 8th, 2026
Ohio Advocates for Medical Freedom will hold a "Right to Know" town hall for the residents of East Palestine to discuss newly released data from two of the Government Accountability Project EPA Whistleblowers: chemical exposure expert Stephen Petty, and independent testing expert Scott Smith.
Renowned chemical exposure expert witness Stephen Petty and Government Accountability Project whistleblower and independent testing expert Scott Smith, will be joining us for a town hall on September 11, 2026 at 6PM at The Barn at Firestone Farms, in Colombiana OH.

The focus of this Right to Know town hall will be to provide an overview of Petty's expert reports submitted in court, and his expert analysis and review of Smith's comprehensive testing results that were gathered during his 34 trips to East Palestine over the last three years. After their brief presentation residents will be free to ask questions of the experts up until 8pm.
Petty's expert court reports were previously unreleased and the class action attorneys withheld Petty's testing results from their clients. On Aug 25th OAMF submitted a public records request to the Ohio EPA for Petty's recent documents along with those of a plume modeling expert (Dr. Paul Rosenfeld) which have been in their possession since July. Director Logue did not respond to our request. We have obtained these documents from another source and they are now going to be available to the public through a court portal and through Stephen Petty's website.
We look forward to providing a forum that ensures the residents of E. Palestine fully understand the information that has wrongfully withheld from them by both lawyers and the very government agencies that are supposed to protect them.
