| 2 | If you sat me on a lie detector, and asked me:
“Do you consider Coca-Cola a health drink?”
I will answer without hesitation and without blinking:
YES!
- anxiolytic
- kills headaches/migraines
- performance enhancer
- settles nausea
- raises T
- helps dissolve shit in your stomach
-
etc.
Now, before some 0 IQ nutrition autist starts hyperventilating:
Am I presenting a balanced scientific assessment of Coca-Cola?
Obviously not. (Even though, all of those are documented effects). But rather, my larger point is:
I CHOOSE THE FRAME.
Because your belief about something can often exert an influence over your experience of that thing SO POWERFUL that it appears to OVERRIDE the underlying material “facts.”
There are experiments on this that may change the way you think about mind and body.
I’ll tell you about one in the 1960s:
Japanese schoolboys hypersensitive to leaves from lacquer/wax trees, plants which produce a dermatitis similar to poison ivy.
Researchers touch one arm with a HARMLESS leaf and they tell the boys:
“This is the poisonous one.”
RASH.
Redness. Itching. Inflammation.
Then they do the opposite.
Actually touch them with the poisonous leaf…
And tell them:
“Don’t worry. This one is harmless.”
Most of them DIDN’T REACT.
Read that again.
The nervous system was given one material reality…
And one BELIEVED reality…
In many cases, the body behaved according to the latter.
What the fuck do you do with that?
People like to IMAGINE that they experience reality directly. But they don’t. Nobody does.
Your nervous system is constantly interpreting.
Predicting.
Assigning meaning.
“This is dangerous.”
“This is good for me.”
“This person hates me.”
“I am getting sick.”
“This medication will save me.”
“I always perform badly under pressure.”
“I’m terrible with women.”
“I have bad genetics.”
And then your body and behaviour begin organising themselves AROUND THE EXPECTATION.
This is why I am so passionate and insistent, having drilled this into your heads for years now.
Your beliefs are everything.
A belief is not some cute sentence floating around inside your head.
Beliefs alter attention.
Attention alters perception.
Perception alters physiology and behaviour.
Behaviour alters outcomes.
Outcomes then come back around and reinforce the ORIGINAL BELIEF.
And eventually you look at the accumulated evidence and say:
“See? I knew it.”
Of course you fucking knew it.
You’ve been manufacturing evidence for it for ten years. What did you expect?
This does NOT mean you can believe cyanide is protein powder and live.
Material reality exists.
But understand…
You NEVER interact with material reality without an INTERPRETATION of material reality riding on top of it.
And that interpretation has the power to entirely DICTATE how we respond to it.
Placebo.
Nocebo.
Expectation.
Suggestion.
Hypnosis.
Self-image.
Different doors that invite the same question:
HOW MUCH OF WHAT YOU EXPERIENCE AS “REALITY” IS ACTUALLY YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM OBEYING AN INSTRUCTION?
So yes.
I drink lots of Coke, and it ONLY adds to my health.
And I’m sure the alleged “healthmaxxers” who are obsessed with balls and deathly afraid of touching receipts would disagree.
Then again, a Big Mac would probably kill them. Thats fine.
They can keep their neurotic little story about it.
I like mine better….
Be VERY fucking careful what you decide things mean.
PERCEPTION IS REALITY. | 1 546 |
| 3 | You’re the type to keep it pushing.
You wouldn’t be here if you weren’t.
Life hits you.
You eat it.
Recalibrate.
Keep moving.
GOOD.
But eventually “keep going” is no longer sufficient.
A man can spend YEARS proving how much he can endure, while never stopping to ask whether he is moving in the right fucking direction.
There are levels where more effort solves the problem.
And then there are levels where you need to SEE something you currently cannot see.
One conversation changes the frame.
One correction saves you six months.
One higher standard makes an entire category of old problems disappear.
Strength gets you through shit.
WISDOM makes sure you don’t keep needing the same strength for the same shit.
Keep it pushing.
Just keep becoming more precise about WHERE. | 1 553 |
| 4 | STOP TRYING TO “FIND YOURSELF.”
One of the strangest ideas modern people have swallowed is that somewhere deep inside them exists a pristine, finished, AUTHENTIC personality…
And your job is to go digging around until you “discover who you really are.”
Why?
What makes you think the current contents of your personality are sacred?
Half of what you call “me” is shit you accidentally picked up.
Your sense of humour.
Your relationship with money.
Your confidence.
Your taste.
Your posture.
Your standards.
The way you speak.
The things you are afraid of.
The amount of disrespect you tolerate.
What you believe you are capable of.
Where did all of that come from?
You think you consciously selected it??
LOL.
A gigantic percentage of your “identity” is simply the accumulated result of family, teachers, friends, girlfriends, embarrassing experiences at 14, random praise, random rejection, movies, music, algorithms, people you admired, people you hated, and whatever happened to be repeatedly placed in front of your nervous system.
And then at 25 you point at the finished pile and say:
“This is just who I am.”
NO.
That is who you have been CONDITIONED to be.
Important distinction.
Because once you understand that personality is far more plastic than people pretend, the entire project changes.
Stop asking:
“Who am I?”
Start asking:
“WHO AM I BECOMING?”
And better:
“Who have I consciously DECIDED to become?”
If you admire somebody’s vocabulary, steal the standard and train yours.
If you admire somebody’s composure, study it.
If you admire somebody’s courage, deliberately place yourself in situations that demand courage until courage becomes normal.
If you speak like shit, improve your speech.
If you dress like shit, develop taste.
If you’re socially timid, train social boldness.
If your standards are low, raise them and tolerate the discomfort of no longer fitting neatly into your old environment.
This applies to almost everything.
People have this ridiculous reverence for their existing limitations.
“I’m just introverted.”
“I’ve never been disciplined.”
“I’m not really a reader.”
“I’m bad with money.”
“I’ve always been anxious.”
“I’m just not that type of person.”
Okay?
And?
Since WHEN did your past get voting rights over your future?
Your previous behaviour is evidence of your previous conditioning.
That’s all.
You can condition something else.
This is why I have always found the obsession with “authenticity” slightly suspicious.
Authentic to WHAT?
The version of you created by your parents?
Your secondary school?
Your ex?
Your hometown?
Your Twitter feed?
Fuck that.
There is enormous power in becoming ARTIFICIAL on purpose long enough that the artificial becomes natural.
At first, the new behaviour feels fake.
GOOD.
Of course it does.
Anything outside your existing identity feels fake because your nervous system has not normalised it yet.
Repeat it.
Reinforce it.
Build evidence.
Eventually what required conscious effort becomes automatic.
Then one day somebody who knew you five years ago meets you again and says:
“Wow. You’ve changed.”
Correct.
That was the fucking point.
You are not an archaeological site.
You are an ENGINEERING PROJECT.
BUILD YOURSELF. | 1 479 |
| 5 | There's a new trend and it's pissing me the FUCK off.
Fully grown men with a dick and balls.
Crying about their "trauma" all day.
Listen.
Trauma is real. I'm not disputing that.
But once you release it, you're free. That's the entire point.
Rehab success rates sit under 7%.
Why?
Because the whole model teaches you: once an addict, always an addict.
50 years sober and they're still in a church hall twice a week saying "my name is X, and I am an addict."
Affirming it. Again. For 50 years.
The trauma crowd is running the exact same thing.
Still crying about the ball game their dad missed when they were 6.
Still crying about the one girl who broke their heart.
Still sat there with a crystal dildo up their arse, journaling about it.
All so the trauma coach can keep his clients on a retainer. Indefinitely. Having you relive your most painful memories again, and again.
And once they release one? They have you FIND and relive more traumatic moments, and memories.
Some of them you even forgot about. But they are experts at trauma, thus they are experts at helping you find NEW trauma.
Understand:
The past is called the past for a reason.
IT'S OVER.
The pain was a test, and a lesson. Nothing more. A moment built to sharpen you...
but only once you take the lesson and rewrite the memory into one of power.
IAM clients watch trauma and negative beliefs go overnight. The thing that had them enslaved, playing scared, flips and becomes the source of their power.
My goal with IAM is not to be your therapist and walk you back through the worst days of your life.
My goal with IAM is not to keep you on retainer so you can affirm you're broken.
My goal with IAM is to make you free.
Free to live by design.
Free to SKULL FUCK situations that would fold the average man.
Most of my alumni don't need me one on one after the three months.
To me? There is no greater win.
I am not your therapist.
I will never try to be your therapist.
I don't care about the content of your trauma. I don't care about your painful memories.
We all have painful memories, we also have POWERFUL memories we can use anytime to elicit unlimited power within us.
I do not believe anyone is broken. I do not believe anyone is traumatised.
I believe many lack resources and tools to use their subconscious mind as the powerful tool it is.
I am NOT the-rapist.
I hate therapy.
But I will give you the tools and resources so you can rape all your limitations, and find yourself walking into your destiny.
Skull fucking any setback that comes your way.
To me, there is no greater power.

| 7 | There is a new trend which is infuriating me to my very core.
And that is the trend of fully grown men with a dick and balls, talking all day about “trauma.”
Listen. I understand trauma is very real, and I also understand that once you release it, you are free.
Addiction rates with rehabs are less than 7%.
Why?
Because they believe once an addict, they are always an addict.
Even if they’ve been sober for 50 years, they will still go to a meeting twice a week, and affirm: “my name is X, and I am an addict.”
These trauma fags are very much the same.
They still cry about the time their Dad didn’t show up to the ball game when they were 6.
They still cry about the one girl that broke their heart.
They want to sit with crystal dildos up their ass crying all day.
The trauma coaches will keep them on a retainer, and continue to find new trauma for them to relive.
They claim they are releasing it, but in reality – all they do is find new trauma and painful memories to relive, and cry about.
Quite frankly, I believe the past is called the past for a reason…. It’s over.
The pain you once felt was simply a challenge to make you a more refined, sharper version of you.
However, this only happens once you learn the lesson, and rewrite the memory to one of power.
Many of those who become IAM clients find their trauma and negative beliefs go away overnight.
Something which once kept them enslaved, and playing from a place of fear, becomes a source of power.

| 8 | Most people NEVER consciously decide who they are becoming. They inherit beliefs, standards, habits, fears, ambitions and definitions of what is possible from whatever surrounds them: family, school, friends, culture, social media, algorithms, praise, rejection and failure.
None of this requires your permission. Your subconscious mind is absorbing patterns CONSTANTLY. Your attention is being trained. Your identity is being reinforced.
That is what PROGRAM OR BE PROGRAMMED means.
If you do not deliberately cultivate your mindset, self-concept, standards, beliefs, attention and identity, your environment will do it for you. You will still be programmed. You will simply have outsourced the authorship.
Spend enough time around cynicism and cynicism starts to sound intelligent. Spend enough time around mediocrity and mediocrity starts to feel normal. Consume enough fear, outrage, scarcity and distraction and those states begin to feel like reality.
Immerse yourself in discipline, courage, ambitious people, great books and better ideas, and your internal reference point moves.
Repetition becomes familiarity. Familiarity becomes belief. Belief influences perception. Perception influences behaviour. Repeated behaviour becomes character. Character starts looking suspiciously like destiny.
Your subconscious mind learns from what you repeatedly see, hear, feel and do. Your conversations are programming. Your content diet is programming. Your self-talk is programming. Your routines are programming. Your peer group is programming.
Ask “Why does this always happen to me?” and your mind searches for helplessness. Ask “How do I solve this?” and attention shifts toward resources and opportunities. Ask “Who must I become to handle this?” and the obstacle becomes an identity challenge.
Notice what is programming you. Notice what your algorithm keeps showing you. Notice which beliefs you repeat without remembering where they came from.
Then ask:
Did I choose this?
If the answer is no, choose again.
Stand guard at the door of your mind. Curate what you consume. Train what you focus on. Rehearse who you intend to become.

Something which once filled you with anxiety can now make you feel brave and courageous.
It's as sinple as changing the association.
Many of my $16k IAM clients have had fears of public speaking.
They'd make pictures in their mind of the audience laughing and mocking them...
...making them far to fearful to even press record.
Once they changed those pictures to ones where the crowd THANKED them for their teaching, and BOUGHT from them?
The act of speaking on camera made the feeling of bravery and courage so strong they HAD to press record.
