3	آیا درک حاضران در غدیر خم از حدیث غدیر با درک امروزی ما یکی بود؟ دکتر حسن انصاری جلسه چهارم: در اين جلسه درباره تاريخ برخورد با حديث غدير هم در روايت و هم در مضمون آن از سوی متکلمان و فقهای سده های دوم و سوم قمری بحث کرديم. در اين چارچوب درباره مفهوم "نص" و "اجتهاد" و جايگاه هر يک در برخورد با موضوع امامت و حديث غدير بحث کرديم. و نشان داديم چگونه و به چه عللی سعی شد که حديث غدير را از جايگاه "نص" به صرف يک "فضيلت" فروکاهند. گفتيم که در خصوص فهم حديث غدير درست است که نيازمنديم به جهانبينی دينی و سياسی عصر پيامبر (ص) و گفتمان عصر نبوی برگرديم و از عصر خلافت و منظومه فکری آن فاصله بگيريم اما اين به معنای اين نيست که حديث غدير موضوع اجتهاد است و يا دلالتش به سطح "نص" نمی رسد. اختلاف اماميه و زيديه و معتزله و اهل سنت را در اين موضوع به بحث گذاشتيم. دنباله اين بحث را در يک سری جديد به اميد خدا دنبال خواهيم کرد. Summary: In this session, we discussed the history of engagement with the Hadith of Ghadir, both in terms of its transmission and its meaning, by theologians and jurists of the 2nd and 3rd centuries AH (Islamic calendar). Within this framework, we examined the concepts of “nass” (explicit textual designation) and “ijtihad” (independent reasoning), as well as the role of each in approaches to the issue of the Imamate and the Hadith of Ghadir. We showed how, and for what reasons, efforts were made to reduce the Hadith of Ghadir from the status of a nass to merely a statement of virtue or merit. We argued that, while understanding the Hadith of Ghadir indeed requires us to return to the religious and political worldview of the Prophet’s era and the discourse of the Prophetic period—and to distance ourselves from the era of the Caliphate and its intellectual framework—this does not mean that the Hadith of Ghadir is a matter open to ijtihad, nor that its indication falls short of the level of a nass. We also discussed the differing positions of the Imamiyya, Zaydiyya, Mu'tazila, and Ahl al-Sunnah on this issue. 15	آیا درک حاضران در غدیر خم از حدیث غدیر با درک امروزی ما یکی بود؟ دکتر حسن انصاری جلسه دوم: در آغاز جلسه مفصل به رويکرد نوانديشان دينی در ارتباط با مباحث شيعه شناسی پرداختيم و اينکه چگونه اين رويکردهای سياسی به تحقيقات تاريخی و اصلاح طلبی دينی ضربه می زند. سپس مفصلا درباره سیاق تاريخی واقعه غدير بحث کرديم. اينکه به دور از مناقشات مذهبی دوره های بعد اگر حديث غدير و تعبير "مولا" را در سياق دوره پيامبر (ص) و عصر تأسيسی مدينه بخواهيم بفهميم بايد چه رويکردی به اين حديث داشته باشيم. گفتيم که اساساً حديث غدير را صرفا بايد بر اساس نظام ارزشی و سياسی عصر پيامبر فهميد و در واقع عصر خلافت و مفهوم سياسی برآمده از آن کاملا در گسست با غدير و عصر نبوت شکل گرفت. اين را هم بحث کرديم که همينکه در اين حديث برای حضرت امير (ع) تعبير "مولا" به کار رفته و نه امام و خليفه و امير خود نشان از اصالت آن و تعلق اين حديث و سخن به گفتمان عصر تأسيسی مدينه دارد.
