Anjarkan Range, Tump, Washuk — On 25 September 2026, security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation targeting militants belonging to a Baloch separatist group. According to reports, 4 militants were killed and 2 others injured. A large cache of weapons, ammunition, and other equipment was also recovered.

Azam Warsak, Wana, South Waziristan — Reports indicate that in Azam Warsak, TTP commander Rahmatullah has reportedly seized several dumper trucks, alleging that they were transporting supplies to Pakistani forces. Further details are pending.

#Update Further details have emerged regarding the attack on a construction company's camp in the Palri area of Nana Sahib Ziarat, Duki. According to workers, an exchange of fire between unidentified armed individuals and the camp's civilian security guards left one security guard dead and two others injured, including a passerby. The armed individuals reportedly checked the workers' identity cards before abducting 11 workers from Punjab. Machinery at the construction camp was also reportedly set on fire, according to labor sources.

Duki District, Balochistan — Reports indicate that unidentified armed individuals attacked a construction company's camp in the Palri area of Nana Sahib Ziarat, Duki.

· Heavy gunfire was reportedly heard from within the camp premises. · Machinery at the site was reportedly set on fire. · A passerby, identified as Latif from the Tareen tribe, was reportedly injured in the firing.

Armed men reportedly opened fire on a heavy trailer truck in the Radeeg area of Mand, Kech district, reportedly damaging its tyres.

Frontier Corps KP personnel identified as Irfanullah were killed in armed clashes with militants in the Bate Kalay area of Tirah Maidan, Khyber district. The deceased was a resident of Wanda Gulmir, Lakki Marwat.

#Update According to the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), there was no threat to the Secretariat or the mosque. The Secretariat comes under Peshawar Cantonment, so there was no threat to the mosque or the Secretariat. The Chief Minister stated that he himself went there and reopened the mosque and the Secretariat. He said the threat was fake and politically motivated, aimed at targeting the ruling party of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Lotham, Balicha, Tump, Kech District — At least four people were reportedly killed and several others injured in an alleged drone strike by security forces on a group of people picnicking in the Lotham area of Balicha, Tump, Kech district. The reported fatalities have been identified as:

· Yasir, son of Muhammad Karim · Zubair, son of Nawab · Sameer, son of Abdul Khaliq · Deedag, son of Muhammad Umar

All are residents of Balicha. Local sources alleged that security personnel removed the bodies of those killed and took the injured from the site.

ISPR Claims 33 Militants Killed in Balochistan Operations Since 21 September According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), security forces have conducted comprehensive counter-terrorism operations against Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and Baloch separatist organisations in Balochistan. Since 21 September 2026, a total of 33 Militants have been killed, according to the ISPR statement. Operation Shaban (24 September): In continuation of Operation Shaban, security forces busted additional Militant hideouts. After an intense exchange of fire, five militants were killed, bringing the total to 22 killed in that operation so far. Weapons, ammunition, and explosives were recovered from the locations. A clearance operation will continue until the threat is neutralized. Nushki Operation (25 September): An intelligence-based operation was conducted in Nushki district. During the operation, troops engaged a terrorist hideout. After an intense fire exchange, 11 militants were killed, according to ISPR. The ISPR stated that the counter-terrorism campaign under the vision "Azm e Istehkam," will continue at full pace to eliminate what it describes as foreign-sponsored and supported terrorism from the country. According to Militant accounts, militants have arrested multiple members of the Hathikhel Peace Committee alongside weapons and three vehicles in Domel, Bannu. Further details are awaited.

Abdul Wahab, son of Lal Bakhsh, was reportedly killed in an armed attack in the Chir Kanchanti area of Dasht, Turbat. Pro-separatist accounts described him as a member of a pro-state armed group locally referred to as a "death squad."

#Update According to reports, two personnel from the Frontier Corps (FC) Balochistan were killed during clashes with Afghan forces in separate sectors along the Durand Line. Sepoy Shahid Iqbal, a member of the 84 Wing and a resident of Bhakkar, Punjab, was killed in the Shorabak - Nushki sector. Additionally, Sepoy Wasim, a resident of Lachi, Kohat, was killed in the Spin Boldak sector.

BLF's Karima Armed Assault Division Claims Blockades and Attacks on Army Convoys in Manguchar, Kalat The Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) has claimed that its newly formed unit, the Karima Armed Assault Division (KAAD), carried out patrols and established blockades with snap checking on the main highway and in Mangochar city, Kalat district, today. According to a statement issued by BLF spokesperson Major Gwahram Baloch, the fighters targeted convoys of the Pakistani army coming from Kalat and Mastung to reinforce their positions. The statement claims that multiple soldiers were killed and wounded as a result. The BLF further claims that three vehicles, including one armored vehicle, were completely destroyed. Clashes between the fighters and the army are reportedly still ongoing in the area.
