According to the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), there was no threat to the Secretariat or the mosque. The Secretariat comes under Peshawar Cantonment, so there was no threat to the mosque or the Secretariat. The Chief Minister stated that he himself went there and reopened the mosque and the Secretariat. He said the threat was fake and politically motivated, aimed at targeting the ruling party of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Lotham, Balicha, Tump, Kech District — At least four people were reportedly killed and several others injured in an alleged drone strike by security forces on a group of people picnicking in the Lotham area of Balicha, Tump, Kech district.
The reported fatalities have been identified as:

ISPR Claims 33 Militants Killed in Balochistan Operations Since 21 September
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), security forces have conducted comprehensive counter-terrorism operations against Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and Baloch separatist organisations in Balochistan. Since 21 September 2026, a total of 33 Militants have been killed, according to the ISPR statement.
Operation Shaban (24 September):
In continuation of Operation Shaban, security forces busted additional Militant hideouts. After an intense exchange of fire, five militants were killed, bringing the total to 22 killed in that operation so far. Weapons, ammunition, and explosives were recovered from the locations. A clearance operation will continue until the threat is neutralized.
Nushki Operation (25 September):
An intelligence-based operation was conducted in Nushki district. During the operation, troops engaged a terrorist hideout. After an intense fire exchange, 11 militants were killed, according to ISPR.
The ISPR stated that the counter-terrorism campaign under the vision "Azm e Istehkam," will continue at full pace to eliminate what it describes as foreign-sponsored and supported terrorism from the country.

According to reports, two personnel from the Frontier Corps (FC) Balochistan were killed during clashes with Afghan forces in separate sectors along the Durand Line. Sepoy Shahid Iqbal, a member of the 84 Wing and a resident of Bhakkar, Punjab, was killed in the Shorabak - Nushki sector. Additionally, Sepoy Wasim, a resident of Lachi, Kohat, was killed in the Spin Boldak sector.

BLF's Karima Armed Assault Division Claims Blockades and Attacks on Army Convoys in Manguchar, Kalat
The Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) has claimed that its newly formed unit, the Karima Armed Assault Division (KAAD), carried out patrols and established blockades with snap checking on the main highway and in Mangochar city, Kalat district, today.
According to a statement issued by BLF spokesperson Major Gwahram Baloch, the fighters targeted convoys of the Pakistani army coming from Kalat and Mastung to reinforce their positions. The statement claims that multiple soldiers were killed and wounded as a result.
The BLF further claims that three vehicles, including one armored vehicle, were completely destroyed. Clashes between the fighters and the army are reportedly still ongoing in the area.
A complete and detailed statement regarding the engagement, developments, and the army's casualties and material losses will be released to the media soon, according to the BLF.

According to reports, an Unmanned Combat Aerial Vehicle (UCAV) strike was executed by Pakistani forces in the Darota area of Akakhel, Tirah Valley, on 23 September. The operation was reportedly intended to target a hideout associated with Lashkar-e-Islam.
