According to local sources, armed individuals set fire to a school and a community hall in Goth Mithal Abad, within the limits of Bhag Police Station, Kachhi district. According to reports, Sub-inspector Qamar Zaman Khan of the Special Branch of Police, stationed in Mardan, was fatally shot by unidentified assailants within his Hujra (Guest House) in Kalu Khan Village, Razzar Tehsil, Swabi.

#Update Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has claimed responsibility for the attack, stating that an explosive device was used to destroy the Police CheckPost in retaliation for the deaths of multiple TTP militants in Akakhel, Bara, four days ago.

The Baloch Republican Guards (BRG) have claimed responsibility for an attack on a camp in Mithalabad, Kachhi district, on 16 September 2026. According to a statement released by the group, BRG fighters carried out a heavy attack on the hideout of Mithal Mugheri. The statement described the camp as a death squad camp operating under the leadership of Asim Kurd Gillo. During the attack, the BRG stated that its fighters arrested one operative of the death squad, while other operatives fled. The fighters then completely set the camp on fire and destroyed it. The BRG accepted responsibility for the attack and stated that such operations will continue until the complete independence of Balochistan.

Armed individuals ambushed vehicles of a security force providing protection to a road construction company at the Bal Tank location in the Hoshab area of Kech district. According to official sources, two personnel of the security forces were killed in the attack, while the forces' vehicles were also hit. One of the slain personnel has been identified as Sepoy Khalid Mahmood, also known in local reports as Ramzan Jatt alias Jani Electrician. He was serving with FC Balochistan, Awaran Militia, 75 Wing, and was a resident of Chak No. 2, Mianwali, Punjab. Helicopter flights were also observed in the area following the attack. #Regrouping The Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has announced that separate groups from Mohmand, Bajaur, and Quetta & Harnai have pledged allegiance to the TTP Amir, Abu Mansoor Asim (Mufti Noor Wali Mehsud). According to a statement issued by TTP spokesperson Muhammad Khorasani, the following individuals pledged allegiance along with their respective groups:

· Mufti Muawiyah — Quetta & Harnai, Quetta district · Maulvi Khalid — Mohmand district, Ambar Tehsil · Qari Yasin — Mohmand district, Khwezai Baizai tehsil · Shaukat — Mohmand district, Safi Tehsil · Maulvi Waliullah — Bajaur district, Riyast tehsil

The statement said the groups pledged under their respective leaderships and vowed to uphold all principles and regulations of the movement.

BLA Claims Attack on Shafiq Mengal Hideout in Khuzdar, Five Operatives Killed The Baloch Liberation Army (Jeeyand) has claimed responsibility for an attack on a hideout in the Owak area of Arinji, Wadh, in Khuzdar district. According to a statement issued by BLA spokesperson Jeeyand Baloch, the target was an active hideout associated with Shafiq Laghor Mengal. The BLA stated that all five armed operatives present at the site were killed on the spot. Those killed, as identified by the BLA:

· Abdul Hai · Naimatullah · Yahya · Naseer Ahmed · Noora Muhammadzai (described as a police operative working with the death squad)

The BLA also claimed that its fighters seized all weapons and military equipment from the site.

Quetta, Balochistan — Police officer Muhammad Abbas, son of Namdar Khan, was killed in firing by unidentified gunmen on Ali Zai Street in Khilji Colony, within the jurisdiction of Shaheed Abdul Khaliq Police Station.

#Update Both of the bodies found near Karam Pul within the jurisdiction of Dadiwala Police Station, have been identified. The deceased are brothers, Khalid Nawaz, & Rasool Nawaz, resident of Bhart, Bannu.

According to pro-separatist accounts, armed individuals reportedly launched an ambush on a military convoy along the Zubaida Jalal Highway near Menu Cross in the Kalatuk area, on the outskirts of Turbat. These sources alleged that multiple casualties occurred among security forces; however, this claim has not been independently verified.

According to local sources, vehicle came under fire from unidentified individuals in the Kaga Pass area of Bajaur district. The vehicle caught fire following the shooting and was completely destroyed. Further details, including the circumstances of the incident, remain unclear and are awaited.

#Update The Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has issued a detailed statement concerning clashes with the local peace committee in Upper Dir. The statement reports that prolonged engagements took place between TTP militants, committee members, and CTD personnel in the Hatan Dara area of Upper Dir district. According to the TTP, one committee member was killed and three were injured during these incidents.

#Update The Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has issued a statement confirming a police operation in the Saggai area of Naurang, Lakki Marwat. According to the TTP, security forces attempted to ambush TTP militants; in retaliation, three police personnel were injured. TTP further stated that all of TTP fighters escaped the area. Local reports indicate that an improvised explosive device (IED) detonated outside the Sra Khora Police Checkpost on Kohat Road in Peshawar. The explosion caused the destruction of the checkpost and resulted in serious injuries to Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) Umar Khan. Additional details are currently pending.

According to sources, Muhammad Ahmad, a personnel of the Pakistan Army from Unit 10 of the Frontier Force (FF) Regiment, was killed in an attack targeting security forces in Zamuran, Kech. The deceased was a resident of Mari Khunkhel, Mansehra.
