መዝሙር 107:28-29
28 በተጨነቁ ጊዜ ወደ እግዚአብሔር ጮኹ፥ ከመከራቸውም አዳናቸው።
29 ዐውሎንም ጸጥ አደረገ፥ ሞገዱም ዝም አለ።
So the issue is I wrote a code for a server that listens to a new entry in a database row then sends telegram notification... it works perfectly somedays but sometimes it just stops so I am not trying to make this into a trigger so that it is handled on the database
