I have been at it for the past 3 hours... I will not sleep until I finish it

So the issue is I wrote a code for a server that listens to a new entry in a database row then sends telegram notification... it works perfectly somedays but sometimes it just stops so I am not trying to make this into a trigger so that it is handled on the database
