When the order still hadn't arrived, I called the delivery partner for an update. He informed me that the restaurant had failed to notify him that the order was ready and that the food was no longer fresh or hot due to the delay. He even asked whether he should still deliver it, so I refused to accept the order. After that, I received two calls from customer support asking whether I wanted to accept the order. During one of those calls, I was informed that refusing the order would result in a 100% cancellation fee.

Guys, I am telling you from my personal experience, never use Swiggy, it is the worst food delivery app in the world.

To make matters worse, I called customer service three times, and each time I was put on hold before the call was disconnected without any resolution. Terrible customer service, zero accountability, and virtually non-existent support. Based on this experience, I would not recommend using this app.
