> Zinc.
> Magnesium.
> Vitamin D.
These three alone will fix your sleep, your testosterone, your mood and your focus. Most men are deficient in all three and have no idea. Start there before you buy anything else.

What you think of most with faith - becomes your reality.
What you hear the most with emotions - becomes your nature.
Something life-changing is hidden in above two lines. Read it until you catch it.
HINT: It's a tool, if you caught it, you can use it to achieve whatever you want...

Most people overcomplicate online business.
It’s just:
• Having something to sell
• Having people to sell it to
Keep it simple.

The reason you check your phone 200 times a day is not because you are curious.
It is because you are uncomfortable with silence. With being alone with your thoughts.
With the present moment having nothing stimulating in it.
The phone is just the escape hatch you reach for every time life gets still.
And the more you reach for it the less tolerance you build for being present.
Put it down and sit with the discomfort for once. That stillness you keep running from is actually where all the clarity lives.

Exhausted: Pomodoro method
Distracted: Screen time block
Unorganized: Second brain system
U Forgetful: Spaced repetition

the boredom you're trying to escape is actually the most valuable state you can be in.
that's where you think. that's where you process. that's where ideas come from.
> journal instead of scrolling.
> eat without youtube.
> train without music sometimes.
> let your mind wander.
you'll be surprised what comes up.

you dont need a mentor. you need to start making decisions and living with the consequences.
mentors appear when youre already moving. not when youre sitting still asking for directions.

Prolactin is high in constant fappers
It makes you spiritually numb
Because it dulls the nervous system and kills that inner aliveness
Again, the ancients were right
Wasters feel nothing deeply, they just exist

Habits so simple you think they’re not worth doing, but have a profound impact on your life:
- Not touching your phone when you wake up
- Not thinking about work after work is done
- Putting a book down once you find an idea worth thinking about
- Setting aside time to do nothing for 10 minutes a day
- Going on a short walk after each meal
- Eating a meal without a screen in front of you
- Saying "I don't know" instead of pretending you do
- Asking "What if this isn't actually a problem?" before trying to solve it
- Letting yourself be bad at something instead of expecting perfection
- Trying to understand something you disagree with instead of looking for flaws
- Defaulting to "no" until you think through the commitment

Porn addiction is not really about porn. It is about a life so quiet, so isolated and so empty that your brain has nothing real to run on so it reaches for the easiest hit it can find.
When your days are full of real challenge, real connection, real sex, real adventure and real purpose you simply do not crave the escape anymore.
The fix was never just quitting.
It was building a life so good that you stop needing to check out of it.
> Go outside.
> Meet people.
> Build something.
> Live something.
The addiction dies when the life gets better.
